Do not trust

This company provide a tracking service for pension pots to consumers. The company makes it's money as declared on the site by selling leads to Financial Advisers. They promised me a number of leads in exchange for money paid upfront. The company has failed to deliver and owes £11,000. Do not trust this company either as a consumer or an adviser. Have been chasing the firm for a refund and proceeded with legal action.

Despite endless contact with Pension…

Despite endless contact with Pension Partner, no pension leads from them after nearly two years, very disappointing. No refund either despite endless requests. No feedback either. Having read the other reviews, I now have no choice but to go to small claims court.

Very poor

Very poor, after two and a half years, no leads forthcoming. Despite numerous calls and emails a portion of the fee has been refunded, but now will refer to small claims court. Trustpilot have removed my review, which I'm putting back. Pension Partner also asked me to remove.

Excellent service all round

Excellent service all round. I provided the required information and they were able to find all my previous pensions. Once completed I was put in touch with an excellent Adviser and I am in the process of combining and moving the various schemes to provide me with the best return on investment in the future.

I was incredibly impressed by these…

I was incredibly impressed by these people, throughout the engagement process, they were helpful and understanding. I am so glad I engaged. Frankly, I have moved a lot through the years across a number of SMEs and hadn't tracked Pensions etc. With really only minimal information from me were able to track down pensions that had scattered, The end result is that I am thousands of pounds better off with very little effort from my side (they worked like trojans !!). They did all of this on a no fee basis ! Definitely, my advice is to engage with them.

Extremely professional service

Extremely professional service. I provided minimal information for them to track my uk pensions and they did, speedily! The current transfers values made my decision to proceed a breeze. I was put in touch with an excellent Financial Adviser to complete the paperwork and I have been helped at every step. I have kept up with all requests for paperwork and documentation and on target to have my cash sum and SIPP set up and running well within the 3 month target. So far, so very good.
