Refund process is non existent

Refund process is non existent. They tell you to write your name and why your returning product and send it back with sender paying for shipping (which is fine). I actually provided more than they asked for I sent them the actual original slip that came with product which had order number and item number. I never heard back from them and no refund was ever given. Their communication and return process is poor. I would advise buy through Amazon and not directly through company.
