Very satisfied and happy with the experience we had with Penti. Pricing is competitive, support is excellent and they are very accessible in terms of addressing any issues / questions that come up. In some cases, we pointed out an issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. Their model fits really well for our needs and allows us to satisfy our compliance needs easily.
We've used Penti a couple of times for penetration testing and have overall been happy with the result. Communication has been easy and they've always been willing to adapt to any preferences we've had.

Great Platform, great collaboration, truly simplified the painful process of pentesting and vulnerability management. Onboarding Securily at Incentiv was seamless. It took less than 30 minutes working with their experts to have everything ready. A few days later, the account lead was already informing us about our scans and issues discovered ahead of a pentest. They didn't just say, here go do work. They prioritized the findings and gave us direct guidance to fix. Never looking anywhere else for a pentesting provider regardless of who I'm working for.
