The customer service provided by Amy was the star of the show for me. When none of the jackets fitted me, she offered me hers to try on for size. It fitted so I ordered one which Amy tried on before sending out to me. A lovely, quirky shop, will visit again when I am in Lichfield.

We visited the store and the staff were really polite and welcoming. After our visit I wanted to purchase an item for my Mother in Law, the item wasn’t online. I contacted the store and Jo was able to help me. Quick service and quick delivery once purchased item. Would recommend to others. Good quality products at reasonable prices.

This was the first time of ordering anything from peony and mint and I was not disappointed , the quality was excellent with a great price too . I will be ordering again and now my go to when I need an outfit that not every person has .

First class buying experience.
Bought a jacket and trousers set having seen on Tik Tok. Had an open and honest conversation with the owner . Also queried about another item and stated my requirements and had honest feedback that it would be oversized for me. No pressure to buy. Items arrived promptly and well packaged. So happy with them. Great quality and lovely colour. Will be buying again. Just gutted that I am in Devon and they are not!

Positive buying experience, I bought a top in the sale which was promptly despatched and packaged well (with a little note inside which was a lovely gesture just going that extra mile for a personal touch). Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the near future.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Peony and Mint Boutique! I ordered two items online but one was out of stock. Jo reached out to me personally with a thoughtful alternative which I chose as a gift for my sister-in-law. She went above and beyond and my sister-in-law absolutely loved the jacket! I also own two of the same jacket in different colours – they’re just gorgeous.

The boutique itself is a real treat to visit – I never leave empty-handed! The pieces are beautiful, very affordable and the staff are extremely friendly, approachable and never pushy. I would highly recommend Peony and Mint both in-store and online. Such a lovely shopping experience!
