Both the training itself and the instructor were excellent. Important topics were discussed in greater detail, while less relevant ones were covered only briefly.
This ensured the best possible preparation for the exam in the shortest amount of time.

Absolutely shocking. Waited over an hour on the phone for their “emergency technical help” on the day of my exam.
Ended up failing be a very small percentage. Not saying it was because of that but was planning to spend the morning revising.
Instead I was waiting for them to answer the phone - which they didn’t. Ended up having to locate and power up and old laptop.
Not ideal.

the trainer provided relevant samples in relation to our industry, he had a lot of patient and answer our questions. I liked that we had enough pause.
the trainer wanted not just read the content but also explain it.

Overall, the training was a positive experience, mainly because of the instructor. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of ITIL and explained the concepts using a consistent real-world example throughout the course, which made even complex topics much easier to understand. The course also prepared participants very well for the certification exam.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The training material would benefit from better integration between the workbook and the official book. At times, it was difficult to switch between both resources efficiently, and better synergy would improve the learning experience.
The training room was unfortunately not well suited for a multi-day course. The infrastructure was rather poor, with significant heat and noise, making it harder to concentrate over longer periods.
Finally, I was quite disappointed to receive a cross-selling offer for an exam insurance and an annual subscription immediately before the certification exam. Right before an important exam is not an appropriate time for marketing additional products, and I found this distracting and unnecessary.

The problem with second language Germans is that they rarely can convey their message properly to first language Germans, which is a little bit frustrating when it comes to troubleshooting regarding the setup of the headset and so on and so forth. I had my Headset properly set up and my Microphone was peaking in all my settings properly and my checkups were all correct, but the Lady tried to convey her message with hands and feet which left me feel a little frustrated. But anyway, PeopleCert does what it promises, it otherwise is a very trustworthy and safe website and I can recommend it.
I just never really feel guided properly when someone has a little bit of communications issues in my understandably very complicated and obfuscating language, one which I sometimes fail to express properly in myself.
I also very rarely give five stars, so... Don't consider it a big complaint.

The whole process was quiet good from start to finish.

improve navigation on your website. I am a member and it seems to keep thinking I am not a member. I have a tough time rescheduling the second test because the instructions are guided toward experience user and not a novice like me. So i keep going around in circle and my irritation keeps climbing.

I really enjoyed the course. John's extensive industry experience made the lectures engaging, informative, and highly relevant. He was clear, reassuring and maintained excellent communication throughout the course. The material was delivered at a steady, well-paced rate that made it easy to follow and understand. Overall, it was a very positive learning experience, and I would highly recommend this course to others.
