I was missing a piece. I called them and had it within a few days.

We love the spa but have encountered several issues. First when we ordered the spa we were told we would receive it within 2 weeks. After we ordered it we received a email stating it would not arrive for almost a month. When we received the spa it took a long time to get the access panel off do to the screws being offset and some under the plastic. Lastly, we did not receive our weighted pillows with the spa. My wife called and we informed they would arrive the next week. A week later they still had not arrived and I myself placed a call and was told they were on back order, but we were never informed of this.

Quality of spa seems quite poor to me. It's not very well insulated. Lots of large gaps in the spray-foam insulation. Also, the access panel is held in place by screws that will eventually strip out. They should have opted for bolts with threaded inserts. This panel needs to be removed each time the spa is drained. The other thing that bothers me is the power cord can only be routed out the front side of the spa...making it visible to everyone. Why wouldn't they at least have given the option to route the wiring out the back side...like virtually every other major appliance in the world. The spa surface texture is a little rough for me, but maybe some people prefer that. This sums up my initial evaluation. I haven't owned it very long yet. Also, the shipping coordination was very poor. I had to continually contact the shipper, after being transferred to about 4 different telephone numbers. Good Luck.

Ordered hot tub on the weekend and was delivered on Friday. They would have delivered on Thursday but I had an appointment. Scheduled delivery between 1 and 5. Arrived on time. They did everything right and with exceptional service. Friendly

With my cabin a mere 2 hours from their warehouse I would have expected the process to be simple. It was NOT. Despite charging me a delivery fee: they could not deliver to us. Then to access a 10% restocking fee to items that NEVER left their warehouse is ludicrous. With the order's special instructions reflecting do not ship to cabin without calling owner. They did anyway by US postal service mailing the cover for the spa they couldn't deliver which I then had to make arrangements to ship back to them. More than THREE WEEKS have passed and they have STILL not processed the refund. Their lack of customer service and accountability is INEXCUSABLE. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and just order somewhere else that IS reliable.

Quick delivery received in perfect condition. Not easy to move. Used 4 inch pvc. All in all a very good tub for the money.

I was worried about buying a spa out of state and off the Internet. But it was perfect. (1) They were always available via Internet chat and always answered all my questions. (2) Spa came when they said it would. Shipper was very nice, package came very well wrapped and very professional. (3) It was exactly as advertised. (4) I have bene enjoying my hot tub and HIGHLY recommend them. They were MUCH cheaper than my local seller and no sales tax. I bought the plug and play and it is GREAT.

Great customer service, received order ahead of schedule.update, delivery was curb side, me and two helpers put the tub on a 600lb. rated garden cart to move it across grass to yard, the cart needs inflatable tires for non paved surfaces. once on concrete I could move it myself. I've been using the aqua rest 600 for 2 weeks now, easy setup, fits 4 comfortable, very quiet, I would highly recommend it, Clearwater had the best price, comparable tubs on long island were practically double in price. For a good quality plug and play call Clearwater spa and order this tub.

This was a very good experience from beginning to end. We got the premium 5 person lounger. as with most spas the person rating is a little exaggerated unless everyone in the tub is under 5 1/2 feet tall and 150lbs. or less. the tub heated up in a little over 24 hrs. but it was pretty cold the first night warming up and the water started at around 51 degrees. The only downside I can speak of as if this is a downside is that our spa arrived 3 days early with a 30 minute notice. Luckily we were at home and had a couple young relatives over helping with some landscaping. It was my understanding that as soon as the spa arrived in the destination city that we would be called and asked to schedule a delivery time. Anyway, the spa works great and we are enjoying it very much.

I purchased a Spa from them and it was everything they said it would be. The agent that I chatted with and later spoke with was extremely helpful. The Spa was delivered curbside free of charge and the packaging was excellent, insuring a damage free delivery. The purchase price was the best I found on the internet, which saved me quite a bit of money verses ordering it through a local vendor. I am pleased with the purchase and the quality of the Spa and would definitely recommend People Like Clear Water to friends and family.

Ordering was easy, spa came within the 3 week period and was easy to setup and works great.

Not happy. Delivery was scheduled for 3/13 then postponed to 3/15 now postponed to 3/20. please make sure Spa gets delivered when promised
