I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item. ( Not the ring I paid for and ordered) it was delivered yesterday 7-14-2025. I have left a message and email with customer service regarding this matter, and I'am waiting for a response.
I have purchased several rings in the past, and have never had an issue until now. Hopefully someone will help correct this for me and not make this difficult on my end.

Don't bother with expedited shipping
Placed an order July 8th and paid for 2-day shipping. Received said order 6 days later and when I emailed support about it they said it was processing delays and they don't ship on Saturdays, but refused to refund. Will be going back to James Allen from now on.

Disappointed with shipping time
Placed order and paid extra for 2 day delivery through FedEx on June 20. As of June 23, I have not received my order, but I did receive an email from Peora, saying that my order was shipped. However when I checked the FedEx tracking number provided by Peora, I was informed that it was being shipped from California, but that FedEx had not yet received the package. Clearly, I will not receive my order by June 22 (two days from order), nor will I receive it by June 23 or June 24 (which was when I needed it). Very disappointed.

You sent me the correct necklace however you did not send the correct stone! I ordered an aquamarine stone and I got a cubic zirconia. Do to the timing, as it was a graduation gift I did not have enough time to return it and get the mistake corrected.
