Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Waiting to hear back from an email, online chat and watssap and no one is responding to my inquiry. I’m on a timeline as I need to order something ASAP to get delivered in Australia and they have not gotten back to me with the information I require. They’ve lost a customer now!

Awful customer service

I bought shoes here - we tried on a 30 and a 31 at the store and went with the size 31. The sales lady accidentally put in the 30 in the box for the 31 and we did not realise the mistake until now when my daughter complained the shoes were killing her and had given her blisters. The shop were unwilling to exchange for the correct size even though it was their mistake. They offered a discount for the pair that I needed (the correct size) and being that I’m travelling soon I had no choice but to buy them again. Left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be rushing back there again. When you make a mistake just own it and put it right. Please be warned, lovely products but horrible service, they have tunnel vision and do not see the bigger picture, how to look after and retain clientele .

However, your initial pair of Mary Janes was purchased back in September and as per our policy, we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items that have been worn for an extended period. This policy is in place because we cannot resell or reuse items that have been worn extensively.
That said, we do recognize that this situation arose due to an initial packing error on our part, which we sincerely regret. Please note that this should've been reported soon after the purchase. As a goodwill gesture, we offered you a generous 30% off your next order, which I see you used in our store to purchase a new pair of Mary Jane shoes. Hugely Disappointed

Incredibly disappointed! Bought two merino wool shawls as newborn presents, spending £100 only to receive them in plastic bags, making them look like something from a market, not a high end children’s boutique. Really should do better for a higher end retailer!

Shoes and jumpers are excellent

Their products are of good quality. Shoes for boys are great but on the small size. Jumpers are beautiful. Service is excellent. Delivery via DPD and mostly arrived within one or two days. If you are looking for a special occasions outfits for children or even for daily wears like me (I only buy high quality shoes) for my son then you are in the right place. Some shirts however nothing special with the cotton - they are however mostly made in Portugal or Spain. Including their shoes. Nothing is made in China tho. Great in that department.

I have ordered clothes since my eldest…

I have ordered clothes since my eldest son was born (he is almost three now) and must say that the customer service has always been impeccable, even with international deliveries and missing items in them, fact which has been spotted months after the delivery due to civid restrictions.
As for the clothes, the design speaks for itself and the quality is generally really good!

I have been a loyal customer of Pepa…

I have been a loyal customer of Pepa and Co since my daughter was a new born. Now, she is in fact 3 years old.

I'm from USA and I absolutely love the quality of the clothes that Pepa and Co have been delivering. I dont find clothese like these here in USA. The beautiful prints and natural quality of these clothese are so unique. I always get so many compliments whenever I dress up my daughter.

Even, my daughter loves to dress up in beautiful comfortable clothing from Pepa and Co.

I have had custom made bespoke clothing ordered and the details that were followed were down to the T.

Over the years, we have made beautiful memories with my daughter in lovely clothese. We will cherish those years for the rest of our lives and it's all because of Pepa and Co.

Aside, from the great quality and uniqueness of the clothing I have had a remarkable experience with each order that I have placed. The customer service of the company is so professional. The attention to detail is truly amazing. They really care and value their customers and would go to a great extent to make sure the customers have the best experience.

I would highly recommend Pepa & Co to anyone who is looking for great quality clothing for their children. Also, amazing customer service they provide each and every time.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Bought items in sale and selected size was not available, for different size I was asked to pay a surplus of £35.... very odd customer service especially in this current climate!!

Poor, poor and more poor

I made an order for a number of items for my son on the PEPA & Co website and selected and paid for UK Express (Next Day Delivery) ‪on the basis I was making my order on a Thursday morning, which means I should receive my order on Friday. Whilst I had received an email‬ confirming they were getting my order ready to be shipped. I didn’t get a notification that my order had been sent as of Friday afternoon. To that end I called the store to confirm my order had been sent only to be advised it had not actually gone out on the Thursday as there was problem with the system. I advised the young lady on the phone that I urgently needed the items for my sons christening on Sunday and she assured me that she had packed the items personally and I would receive the items on the Saturday and she would also refund the next day delivery costs.

On the Saturday early afternoon I still hadn’t received the order and therefore telephoned the store again. This time I spoke to a part- time member of staff who advised me my delivery can be made up until 6pm on the Saturday as it was express delivery. I asked if there was anyway of tracking the item and she advised the owner wasn’t around to access the details.

I called again later in the afternoon as still no avail. This time I insisted that she find a way of getting the tracking details. After a few minutes she was able to provide the information. Having checked the DHL website quickly I found the delivery was scheduled for Monday- seriously, after I was assured several times I would receive it on the Saturday. When I advised her what the website said- she then advised yes that seems correct given it was only sent out on Friday and she advised it was probably sent out late due to the item not being in stock. Anyway in a bid to resolve the situation quickly I decided I was going to make my way all the way from Kent to the store in southwest London. I advised my estimated time of arrival was 17:50. Only for the young lady to then advise the shop is in fact closing early on that day due to them needing to hand in keys to another store to allow for the Sunday handover. Like are you being serious???!!!! I asked if there is anyway they could pack the items ready for me so I can be in and out. She advised unfortunately not as she would leave by 17:45. It’s 5 minutes, like come on. The error was down to the store anyway. The items in this store are not particularly chicken change. I would expect the customer service and experience to mirror the price of items- that isn’t the case. There were too many errors made during this order. Only for me to receive the order on the Monday and have to pay to get it sent back. Waste of time, waste of money and waste of conversion. There were plenty of opportunities for this issue to have even rectified and on all those opportunities the company failed to do so. Worst case I could have made my way to store on the Friday or early Saturday- but due to inaccurate information I was not able to do so. Very bad service and poor operating rhythm.
