I have had a very bad experience with this company. Do not use them. I went to purchase tickets, the booking was unsuccessful but they look the money anyway.I was stuck on the other side of the world with my credit card maxed out due to them taking close to 2000 euro.
They straight away sent an email saying they would refund me nearly three weeks ago. I since have emailed, left messages on facebook, twitter, called their company(several times at a cost of €40) and I left messages on their website. I understand there is a lot going on with coronavirus, but not replying to the above in 3 weeks is unforgivable.
So they have made me nervous for nearly 3 weeks, not sure if a fraudulent company or not because they have made me feel I have been a victim of fraud
