I can't believe how bad their customer…
I can't believe how bad their customer service is. I bought a shirt and ten minutes later I cancelled the order via my confirmation email, having realised I got the wrong one, which is an EU consumer right.
No response so I emailed the next day. No response until Monday morning when I got told that the shipment had been processed but they'd try and stop it.
The parcel had been sent. Props on speedy shipping but they obviously had no communication between their customer service team and their packing team and have no system set up for process cancellations.
I was told I could only get a cancellation refund once I'd refused the parcel (in Ireland) and had to wait until it got back to Denmark.
I again tried to explain that I cancelled my order and did everything in my power to avoid this situation from happening, both for their business and myself as a customer.
After non responsive emails and asking for a refund, I eventually got one MINUS €12 postage charges.
No response after bringing this to their attention and asking to speak to a manager.
This order has now been refused in Ireland, is on its way back to Denmark and they've basically stolen money from me and are refusing to answer.
It's not just bad service, stealing money off customers brings this retail experience to a whole new level.
