Only just signed up but so far so good. Was easy to sign up, good value and seems to be good cover. Will update in the future if any problems arise.

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. They failed to provide updates after my accident. I spent every week on hold for a minimum of 2 hours, and this went on for 3 months. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would phone me back. I'm still waiting for this phone call 3 weeks later. I have sent them emails which they don't respond to

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
unable to effectively get in touch with anyone, webchat fails all the times, when you do get through it's a total conn, over priced and rude staff.
Will be leaving once my policy has ended and will never use this company again, only 1 star because I can't select 0.

A week later although finally been paid for car seven months later which I thank them for but still waiting for a resolution for compensation with all the debt I’ve had to take out in car hire and car finance that I had to pay whilst they had my car. car hire I was promised if my car was a total loss which wot it was I just hope they have the decency to help me out with all the mess they’ve caused me as a supposed valued customer

Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to cancel my policy as they wouldn’t insure my new car. The ai can’t do it. They tell you to email them which they don’t reply to. They then say WhatsApp them. They don’t reply. They then say wait for an agent. Doesn’t reply. Still haven’t been able to cancel my insurance and I’ve been charged for the month I’ve not owned the car. Absolutely ridiculous service.
After spending hours talking to someone asking for proof of changed ownership of my last car. They told me proof from the garage I sold it to wasn’t enough. And also a letter from the DVLA saying I wasn’t a registered owner wasn’t enough to prove I’d sold the car. Absolute jokers

So easy to insure your car, I make changes regularly and find it quick and easy to do so on the chat without having to wait on hold for ages.

I would avoid this insurance company at all costs. Very incompetent service. I had a HGV crash into the back of me when I was stationary 6 months ago. I sent all my documents off straight the way to be asked for them again in January and have been ignored regarding the matter of my claim since. I have been asked on several occasions if I'm putting another car on my policy and over and over again I have stated I don't have another vehicle to put on the insurance as my claim hasn't been dealt with. Then for them to cancel my insurance because of this and to say I owe £238. Iv been paying insurance every month since October when my car was wrote off. Also I have continously tried to contact them via telephone to be on hold for atleast an hour and then the phone is put down. Then I asked for call back a month ago and still haven't had a call back, il get a email every week asking if I still need a call back as it hasn't been requested yet. The service has been an absolute joke
Update April 15th 2024: since my car accident back in October 2023 where the other party admitted liability straight the way. Still awaiting a pay out for my vehicle which was wrote off. I was suppose to have received my money weeks ago and still awaiting. Currently on hold hold 1 hour 40 minutes with no answer yet.
Update 23/2024
It's been 4 weeks since my settlement payment was suppose to be in my bank account and its still not. I have been asking for an update on what's happening with this and you have not responded. The only time I get a response is when it leave a trust pilot review.

Worst company I delt with for a car insurance.
First of all, the communication channels are very poor. No phone numbers no application or a website to deal directly with. Just a chat platform sat up for limited hours during the day. and of course not Sundays. So if you buy a car on Saturday evening you have to wait til Monday morning to insure it.
Even the whatsapp chat was aweful, sent the message never got a reply.
I wish I could attach a screenshot of it in here.
Not all cars categories are accepted.
When I decided to add second driver they declined as they held a provisional license.
I had to cancel it and pay £60 fees. And list my non claim certificate as I haven't reached the year yet.
Absolutely BS

I am calling them for the last 3 days. and after of more than 45mins in each day in the phone, no one answers. I claimed last November 2023 and until now (28/2/24) 3 months after no news, no email , no contact. and if you ring like i did , no one will answer.
Whoever replying to these reviews , you should try it yourself before you defend this company. ring your number now 03448562314 and tell us if you can contact them, you defend them because youre paid to do so , but in reality this company is like a scam. never have this bad in my entire life as a driver.

I ended up hospital sadly and had to have an emergency operation. I thought I had all my payments covered but to my mistake I hadn’t covered this one. I tried explaining this and apologised, they said they’d text but had no history on my messages. They wouldn’t insure me again, even though I had proof of my hospitalisation, this has now had a. Impact on my future insurances. They did a search and declined me even though my credit history is 100%, I felt like I wasn’t treated as a human and more just a number or robot
It’s interesting that they don’t listen also when I said I cannot access my emails, so whether an email was sent or not, I couldn’t receive it abd this was explained, I also DID NOT receive a text message, but the credit company had no problem contacting me and it was sorted straight away.
You need to take personal circumstances into consideration rather than just ultimately effecting people’s future. I’ve never had insurance cancelled in 45 years of my life, so I revert back to the fact, you did not listen to me regarding my emails and you didn’t help me. I was completely unaware that it was even cancelled so my review I still stand by.

Had to change my address on my policy. I used the what’s app messaging system and was so impressed with how quick and easy it was. The person I was communicating with was really helpful.

Easiest insurance change I've ever done. Simple to navigate, great price all done in 10 minutes.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - Peppercorn offered cheap insurance of which i was impressed with but bear in mind if you have to make a claim or someone makes a claim against you this will be sourced out to Davis Group.
Davis group a hugely incompetent hiding behind emails no direct number I asked them to call me and nothing. They have asked for my log book and national insurance number to proceed with a claim I am unsure why.
I informed them over the phone a 15 minute phone call of the details of my claim to then be sent an accident report form to repeat what i told them and ask me to draw the accident but i had sent them dash cam footage. They have even had the cheek to threaten to allow the other insurer to take legal action even though i have done nothing wrong and my insurance was all paid up.
What the firm is is a way to try and look for a way to cancel you policy should you need to claim bare that in mind before signing up !
Update -
They found me at fault believing the other driver over me no additional witnesses, 15 years of no claims down the toilet and replys to emails is awful. I guess you could say they're great for price but should someone drive into you, you will regret not paying the extra going with the big insurance companies.
