They are full of actively good, naturally derived ingredients. No chemical nasties or animal derived junk. // 100% PLANT BASED XYLITOL: Yes, that's right, we only use xylitol to make our mints and gum taste nice and sweet. We know that it sounds a bit funny, but it's actually a clever little ingredient that helps keep your teeth healthy by clearing away bacteria and plaque in the mouth. Even better news, it comes from trees and plants. Hooray. // REAL PLANTS NOT CHEMICAL PLANTS: When it comes to the other ingredients in our mints and gum, we like to steer clear of stuff like artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. That's why we use proper British mint and real Sicilian lemons to make them taste so great. Great product, convenient order process
I discovered peppersmith in a railway station and has been a fan since. Ordering for their website was easy and convenient and the taster pack looked like good value. Everything went great, the package arrived within a couple of days. Contents are great & we love the flavours.

Good products, bad delivery service
I like the products. I had a regular order on Amazon for years, until the product was deleted and unavailable on Amazon.
So I tried ordering from Peppersmith. The website is good, but the delivery was very poor. I got an email saying my order was dispatched the next day, but then no further emails after this.
I checked the delivery status with the track order link and all it ever said was that the item had been given to Yodel and it was at Luton. It said this a few times every couple of days.
The item finally turned up after nearly a week. In that same time I had four other deliveries arrive for items I ordered later than the Peppersmith order.
Maybe it's not Peppersmith's fault, because they said they had given it to Yodel the next day after my order, but they should use a better delivery company - one who doesn't hold onto the package for five days before doing anything.
Edit: subsequent orders have been better so I increased the score.

One of my favourite products
Great product, which I knew already, but now am also a huge fan of the service. My order was sent way sooner than I expected and arrived quickly. Even if I was still able to buy these from shops I think I’d stick to mail order from now on.
