I've used Peppersmith gum for several years now. It's always good quality without fail and makes my mouth feel great. It's well packaged for delivery and arrives in good time.

Ordered 2 of the tasting boxes.My order was accepted even though some of the mints were actually out of stock.3 weeks later the order was cancelled by Peppersmith and refund given.Poor customer service to accept an order on out of stock items

UPDATE: After writing this review, I did get a reply to one of my emails. I asked for my express delivery to be returned, which they did. I then emailed parcel force and their reply was that I should receive shortly. I received 2 days later. I’m very happy with my products and even though a bad experience, I will order again. I just don’t think it is good practice to take your money and allow you to order something that isn’t in stock, as well as poor or no response to calls and emails. Hopefully they’ll take on board, and use to improve for future orders.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered a mixed box, paid express delivery. Money was taken from account straight away. 3 days later nothing had arrived. Phoned and spoke to someone who said there seemed to be an issue with stock on one of the products in the box, they’d look into it and get back to me. Heard nothing since, despite calling and calling with no answer, and several emails. Had an email 6 days after placing order saying it was dispatched, and an email from parcel force, but so far 10 days later still no tracking and still no order. I understand that issues arise, but a response to my calls and emails would be appreciated at the very least. Disappointed after the company was recommended to me, as their products are lovely, and I’ve had to incur further cost and get elsewhere.

When I get the goods, I'll tell you how you did, but so far, not impressed.
Why do I have to have another app just to track the goods?
Slow slow slow.
And don't even mention Royal Mail.
I will think twice before ordering from you again.

Can't fault the product, great mints that are actually good for your teeth. I'm a fan, love that flavour.
Arrived a bit later than I expected though, as I paid for delivery, ordered Friday and arrived Thursday, so not exactly 1-2 days, but weekends can cause delays, so I can live with that.

Their mints are wonderful - good for your teeth and great natural peppermint taste.

I have chosen to switch away from Wrigley's chewing gum because of the rubbish ingredients and lack of leadership from Mars regarding the ethical development of their chewing gum products.

I came across Peppersmith and I liked the flavours of their products, the better quality ingredients, the recyclable packaging but the price was a little much with various retailers.
I then found that Peppersmith sold their own products on their own website, fab!

The price was good, I opted to subscribe which was even cheaper and with free delivery too I could not refuse. I would normally advocate for supporting our shops and independent retailers but due to the price difference it just makes sense to buy direct in this instance.

My order was delivered within a few days and I am a happy customer. I can honestly recommend Peppersmith.
