Urgent – USDT Deposit Not Credited, No Verifiable Refund (Blockchain Evidence Available)

I am posting this review as a last resort after failing to obtain a proper resolution through support.

I made a USDT deposit via Rise (Arbitral) to Pepperstone. The transaction was successfully completed on the blockchain, and I have full confirmation, including TXID and receipt.

However, the funds were never credited to my trading account.

I was later informed that the amount had been “refunded.” The problem is that there is no refund transaction to my wallet address. The blockchain link provided by support shows the funds being sent to an address that belongs to the company itself, not to my original sending wallet.

In cryptocurrency transactions, everything is verifiable. If a refund was truly processed, there should be a clear on-chain transaction returning the USDT to my exact wallet address. That transaction does not exist.

At the moment:

• The funds are not in my trading account
• The funds are not back in my wallet
• No verifiable proof of refund has been provided

This leaves my capital effectively frozen, with no clear accountability.

I have always trusted this company and expected a higher standard of operational efficiency and transparency. Unfortunately, the delayed responses and lack of a technically verifiable solution have been very disappointing.

I am not looking for conflict — I am looking for resolution.

I respectfully request immediate escalation to the finance or blockchain operations team to:
1. Credit the deposit to my trading account, or
2. Provide an on-chain refund to my original wallet address, with verifiable TXID proof

Once resolved, I am fully willing to update this review accordingly.

I hope this matter can be handled quickly and professionally.

Honestly one of the best CFD Broker. Having tried many and i found this to be reasonable and Thanks to Mr. Ayush he is been very co-operative and helped me in setting this account with all his knowledge and expertise.

I had so much faith in pepperstone until they randomly woke up one day and decided they will close my account because it is non -compliant . Offered to provide all necessary documentation to trace my funds but their team did not even want any documentation which was very odd behaviour . Got blocked from opening new trades and also was threatened to have my positions closed . If you suspect fraud at least investigate instead of getting rid of innocent customers never thought I would see the day pepperstone would disappoint me but here we are

I'll answer honestly, they are definitely very bad, especially for gold, with spreads averaging 3.5 pips, while they claim 1 pip. Definitely a lie. You can test it yourself. Even 3.5 pips is optimistic. When volatility increases a bit, they increase their spreads unbelievably and instantly kick you out of the game. It's almost DOUBLE. This is unbelievable. I definitely think they are one of worst forex company, and I also their slippage averages 15 pips. Stay away!!!

Been using pepperstone for years with no issues. Simple request to change my email address on their system, they want more details than my bank requires when logging into their systems.

I think using 2FA to log in to your systems is good enough to prove that it’s me wanting to change something.

It’s not your customers fault that your systems are so badly coded that you can’t change your own email address.

You no longer have my custom.

I left a position overnight. The plan was simple: get taken out right after the open by a bearish candle.
In reality, that candle does not exist on the chart.

I checked everything:

OANDA
FXCM
other data sources

None of them show that candle. Only this broker does.
