1. Product
Our 14-point advanced testing protocol covers up to 27 units per batch — more than any other firm we're aware of. Every product exceeds 99% purity, and its contents are identified and confirmed. Up to 9 units per batch are tested for sterility and screened for common heavy metals, including chromium, arsenic, cadmium, and lead.
Using ion chromatography, we screen for manufacturing byproducts such as trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), and we test for 15 industrial solvents commonly used in production, including benzene.
We also screen for endotoxins (also known as LPS, or lipopolysaccharides). Container closure integrity is verified using the dye-ingress method to confirm each vial's contents remain intact, and solubility analysis confirms every product is stable and reconstitutes properly.
Every batch is tested by our U.S.-based analytical partners, Vanguard Laboratory and Eagle Analytical — both ISO-certified, inspected facilities. Batch-level QR codes appear on every product, with all current and past certificates available on demand.
Our Certificate of Analysis Manager is the best in the industry — searchable by batch and compound, and it tracks purity levels over time.
Raw materials are manufactured by FDA-audited suppliers and finished in GMP-compliant laboratories.
2. Service
Our Arizona-based support team is available by phone at (480) 974-4660 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Live chat is available on our website. We ship six days a week from a warehouse located minutes from a major shipping hub. Place an order by 2:30 p.m. Arizona time on weekdays and it ships the same day.

My No. 1 Source
Peptidology is on top of my list and would buy all my products through them. However, the only complaint I have is that they don't carry everything Im looking for such as MOTS-C in 40mg. In some cases I am forced to buy elsewhere but I give them 5 stars because the product ships quick and they a definitely a reliable source you can trust.

If you don't mind me sharing, as a counterpoint, the 14x testing we do on every new batch is about 10 times more costly than the standard 3x testing most companies offer. We test up to 27 units per batch where most are 1-3 units. Our monthly analytical lab bill is $50,000 per month, $600,000 per year. Also we take a hit on products that fail to pass our extremely rigorous testing which we have to dispose of (and lose money on the testing and product). That strict attention to quality unfortunately drives up the costs of our products. Interestingly enough we have some customers who worry we're too cheap and are our products quality. I really appreciate your feedback and we'll take it to heart. -Josh

customer service was excellent, i placed an order the late in the afternoon , then realized i had forgot two items, i called first thing in the morning and spoke with Nicole. She stated that the order had not shipped yet and she would just cancel it and refund my money and I could just reorder with all the products I needed. I was so happy as to not have to pay another shipping charge on a small two item order. Nicole was very helpful and professional handling my mistake.
