1. Product
Our 14-point advanced testing protocol covers up to 27 units per batch — more than any other firm we're aware of. Every product exceeds 99% purity, and its contents are identified and confirmed. Up to 9 units per batch are tested for sterility and screened for common heavy metals, including chromium, arsenic, cadmium, and lead.
Using ion chromatography, we screen for manufacturing byproducts such as trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), and we test for 15 industrial solvents commonly used in production, including benzene.
We also screen for endotoxins (also known as LPS, or lipopolysaccharides). Container closure integrity is verified using the dye-ingress method to confirm each vial's contents remain intact, and solubility analysis confirms every product is stable and reconstitutes properly.
Every batch is tested by our U.S.-based analytical partners, Vanguard Laboratory and Eagle Analytical — both ISO-certified, inspected facilities. Batch-level QR codes appear on every product, with all current and past certificates available on demand.
Our Certificate of Analysis Manager is the best in the industry — searchable by batch and compound, and it tracks purity levels over time.
Raw materials are manufactured by FDA-audited suppliers and finished in GMP-compliant laboratories.

Our Arizona-based support team is available by phone at (480) 974-4660 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Live chat is available on our website. I have been using peptides for a while…
I have been using peptides for a while now so I was weary of changing suppliers, but peptidology was half the price. I ordered it and got it the next day. Which was awesome. It came packaged great. I noticed that it was a little more viscus. And contacted support, which answered me immediatly. They walked me through the issue and why and how to resolve it. They were quick and addressed my concerns. I appreciate a company that has a live person helping you through, and making sure youre happy.

But! FedEx delivered to the wrong house. With no help from FedEx at all other than them saying the package was delivered - Zero follow up from FedEx.
Contacted Peptidology not expecting much since they had already sent a replacement order. But they again replaced my Pep and switched delivery companies. Received the 3rd replacement quickly with no hiccups.
Cannot say enough about their great Customer Service.

BLOWN AWAY BY THIS COMPANY!
Ordered five vials of different peptides on Saturday. Site says would ship next business day and should arrive Wednesday. Nope. Shipped Saturday and arrived Monday!! Ordered wolverine, GLPs, one lesser known for cartilage damage.
Their tirzepatide is no joke! Started back at 2.5mg and it began to kick in within 24 hours. I have been on compounded GLP2 through 3 different companies and lately (last 6 months) nothing worked like two years ago! They are watering them down out there! I was spending $100s/month on crap!
Chose PEPTIDOLOGY bc of reviews and their immediate reply to a question before I ordered. Their GLPs are the real deal and the wolverine stack erased my hip/groin pain in two days! I had recently popped something after hiking and it left me limping - second day and pain was gone. Not subsided - gone!
AOD9604 is not well known but I’m starting it for cartilage help to try and put surgeries off a few years. I’m 51 and have severe osteoarthritis in both thumbs and knees are damaged from skiing and FIVE surgeries! I’m aiming to be the bionic woman 😉 and I’m doing my part to stay active and not rely on pain pills. My orthopedic surgeon was 100% onboard with peptides and complained that bc of the FDA pulling them all back he can’t help but he 100% believes in their efficacy! Enough said - peptidology.com has a long standing customer in me as long as their quality doesn’t change!! “Thanks!” Just doesn’t say enough!
