No reception of wine and no communication
I am sorry but I never received any e-mail, and it is not in my junk e-mail. However since i have put this message in trustpilot, i just received your reimbursement with confirmation by email, so i get e-mails. Thank you.
I have ordered 6 bottles of wine from NZ. It`s been a month and 1/2. I keep sending e-mails asking to give me a date of reception and if they can’t, to just reimburse me. No answers!!! So, I have doubts about this service. They should not take orders if they do not have them in stock.
