Service is better than you expect. The guidance and dedication they put into your case is outstanding. Even with all the possible complication you mgiht have on your side, they will find a solution. I was outside of germany so I couldnt visit apartments and they helped to set up virtual meeting and to search the house for myself. Used perchpeek services to relocate to munich and managed to find an apartment on time with their help, even in the crazy house market in Munich.

They were helpful and speedy ensuring fast search for the apartments in a tight schedule that we have given them. Within 15 days we were able to finalise our apartment and get the agreement.

The only feedback I would give them is to improve your search parameters and be more proactive on this. This could be using various tools or telegram bots to get notified of new apartments quickly so that we can secure appointments much faster on highly demanded properties.

Sharlene and her team were amazing! Whenever we didn't understand something, especially moving to another country, Sharlene provided us with clarification and attention. Whether via email or jumping on a call if needed, she and her team were always there for us.

Moving from Canada to the U.S., I had an amazing experience with PerchPeek.
