LOVE LOVE LOVE ... Certain products are great for my hair. Especially WONDER range. Plus ive used the Recovery travel size when abroad after Sunbathing! I am late 50s so rather post menopausal - but ive had NO PROBLEMS - but im going to try the Strengthening range and possibly the Scalp treatment (though i consider it very expensive!)

After taking Percy and Reed’s hair quiz, the volumising shampoo and conditioner were the recommended products for me, so I purchased both. Have to say, I’m very disappointed with the products. Not only don’t they give volume to my hair, they actually make it flat and lifeless and extremely flyaway, which my hair never normally is. I contacted P&R to express my disappointment after they recommended this for my hair, but as you can imagine they didn’t want to know. They’ve had my money so tough luck is the response I got. If you’re buying their products, maybe go for the tester size first, don’t waste your money.

I bought the scalp soothing shampoo to help with my flaky, itchy scalp. However, at £23 a bottle I was left very disappointed. This completely strips my hair of any natural condition and leaves it feeling dry and brittle. My scalp was terribly itchy which I have not had for a while due to leaving high street shampoo's in favour of those with less sulphates and parabens. I feel as though all the hard work I had done over 6 months to repair my hair and detox it from cheap products has just been undone overnight. I won't/can't use this shampoo again so it was a costly mistake. I won't trust any further products from this range again. Just goes to show that it might come across as high end but the price point sadly does nothing for the quality of the product which is very poor. It'd be interesting to see what customer service makes of it!

For eight years I ve got haircuts n colour at Percy & Reed Great Portland St. Having lived in Brussels and Florence as an asian I needed great layering and hair sense people with a great vibe. Andrew is talented at layers. Brill salon!

I have to say I buy a very well known hairdressers serum for decades and they no longer sell it and I’ve bought every serum I can think of but don’t repeat !! Now after a couple of years my dreams have come true the consistency the same fantastic

I visited the salon this morning as part of the “hair 4 heroes” program for NHS staff. I cannot praise them highly enough. Emma was my stylist, she was friendly and knowledgeable and has given me a lovely new style. The salon is clean and everyone was welcoming. I highly recommend them.
