Almost a month waiting for delivery

I have made a purchase almost a month ago at Gpris and made the unfortunate mistake of choosing Per Damgård to deliver my goods.
- I haven't received any tracking update
- I called multiple times to try to understand why the huge delay for such a short shipping length. When calling I would find either complete lack of knowledge of their own processes or "call tomorrow" by rude employees.

In conclusion: Their shipping processes are in disarray and the employees are rude and quick to blame other parts who have nothing to do with it.

Asked for the cancellation of the shipping order so I can receive at least decent service.
