I already waited for 7 weeks and then I received an email notifying me that there will be another delay in delivery 2 more weeks. So at tye end I will get the bed after more than 3 month from ordering it.

Hello Marehan. As stated in your order confirmation, it takes approximately 10 weeks for your bed to be manufactured and delivered. The 10-week lead times are also indicated in the product sheet on our website, where you purchased the product. Wait for the logistics call to fix the delivery appointment. Have a good day.

Yes the beds are nice but the company has the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I have not once been able to get through to them on the phone without calling 7 or 8 times and finally getting through to someone who says that it’s not their department. The website is not run well and they ended up sending through my order 7 times and I had to call my bank to advise them not to charge me for more than one. The shipping for our first bed took months more than it was supposed to and they broke the inside of the bed and had to replace it. One of the feet in the middle is still broken.. we’re now waiting for our second bed to arrive and I am still waiting to speak to someone after days of calling and sending emails about when it will be shipped… so overall, the beds are great, but expect terrible customer service and a very long wait to receive your purchase…

The bed we bought is wonderful!
The bed we bought is wonderful. I have never slept better, the mattress is very comfortable. The staff in the Mestre (VE) shop were very polite and helpful. They offered good suggestions and advice. I can highly recommend them and their beds and matresses.
