Recently purchased a conservatory
Recently purchased a conservatory. Very happy with service from Richard and his team. There were delays due to supply chain and Covid but that was to be expected. All in all an excellent installation by Shawn and Paul, both friendly and helpful.
Totally unprofessional
Should have read reviews before buying. The salesman sold us a door, the Surveyor inspected the door, The woman in admin said we could not have door albeit the salesman said we had a wait from 17 May 21 to August 21. We had to wait until October following numerous phone calls to admin woman who was rude and unhelpful. The fitter came and endeavoured to fit the door all day but the door was too big. Apparently admin woman said it was our fault. Surveyor voice mailed and apologised. Fitter took door away. We had no front door for two weeks. Felt very vulnerable. The middle door closed but did not lock, again our fault. Admin woman and salesman were very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful to the point they were talking over us through the phone. Second fitter came with the door; as stated above 14 days later,!which had been adjusted. He chipped floor tile left gaps in walls, left indoor and outside window sills sawn and not made good. We phoned and again the onus was ours. Second fitter came again made good window sill and gaps; very messy though. Second tile chipped. Sent before and after photos and we were advised we had to make good outside sills sawn by first fitter and admin woman said we had to make good tiles ourselves; don’t think she understands we have to replace whole of porch floor through their negligence. We also have a mobile porch wall due to the banging, sawing the framework of door to try to make it fit. I have run companies and if any of my staff treated a customer the way they did to us they would have been dismissed for gross misconduct. We were told we had to send good review to receive guarantee; we did not do this and received guarantee yesterday December 21. The fitters did their best with what they were given, our gripe is with salesman and admin woman. Our advice DO NOT USE this unprofessional Company.

This company simply does not care what happens after they have your money. We have spent £25,000 with them over the last 6 years. The initial job was for £10,000 and we have to say it was a good job. However the second job was a disaster. Conservatory leaked, windows not bolted together all handles had to be changed. The bay window sill was cut short, piece added and stuck in with grip fill. The final straw was the front door. Two attempts made to adjust, but still had had trouble locking. The panel is twisted, like a banana, the frame is bent. The solution is a new panel from a different manufacturer. The original manufacturer has gone into administration apparently. If this happens your guarantee is worthless. It is the in the small print. We call it sharp practice. We have been dealing with their lead company, Brittania Windows in Clevedon because the staff in Weston super mare are so obnoxious. Still the same outcome. When this company was a sole trader they had a good name, but things have changed. Buyer beware.

As soon as they take money from you they don't care or can provide you with any answers. I asked for genuine estimate for door being made and fitted. After that, no contact or anything. Got in touch with them, all they said "there has been a delay". 6 weeks later I rang again, still cant tell me when door will be fitted, a week, two weeks, two months.That's what you get when they sub-contract everything.
After posting an honest review, their ''Installation manager" was having a go at me / making a scene how unfair I am, because they are trying so hard to get things done. You parasites haven't done a thing yet, as everything is sub-contracted. How dare you! Then she said why haven't I made a door myself, if I work in manufacturing. Wow.
Long story short....Perfecta are now awful!
Long story short, used Perfecta several times over many years but family business bought by a national company and now quality of installation poor and after-sales support awful.
Didn't use dust sheets! - Poor attempt at clear up / cleaning up - greasy stain on curtain - damage to adjacent cabinet wood top.
'Support' dismissive, days later sent same installer round to clean up (which I'd already done of course!)....he attempted to clean curtain with a plastic cleaner/solvent which did not help!!
No offer of £ 'compensation'.....refused my suggestion that a £ good will gesture at least was appropriate.
Have recommended Perfecta in the past, will not use them again and will be warning people off rather than recommending in future!
