DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have shown upon my account as Help.beyondbody.me, Vilnius and have taken multiple payments from my card without clear consent and without me ever using their service or app.
I clicked on an advert and may have started a questionnaire, but I did NOT knowingly agree to a subscription or recurring billing. Never had any communication from them, no app, no email, nothing.
Despite this, I was charged a total of around $330 with no clear explanation or meaningful warning that I was entering an ongoing paid subscription.
I have never used their service, and my bank has now blocked my card and raised a fraud dispute.
This company’s billing practices are not transparent and can easily catch people out. Do not start any diet questionnaires! They ibvsteal your money from play store or similar.

If I could do a minus stars I would.

If I could do a minus stars I would.
Had the initial trial, wasn’t impressed with it, cancelled it, but they say I didn’t cancel so charged me another $85 for a months subscription which is absurd
Not happy

⚠️ Major large-scale scam

⚠️ Major scam – recurring charges (approx. €45/month) for a website/app I never even knew existed!

As mentioned above, this is a fraudulent operation running large-scale subscription scams under the name "PerfectBody.me" (UAB Kilo Grupe, based in Vilnius, Lithuania (EU)).

After months of unnoticed small charges, I discovered they’ve been billing me £37.19 (approx) €45 every month since January 2025 (for a total of €413), WITHOUT my knowledge or consent. These payments were processed via Apple Pay, yet they are completely invisible in Apple’s purchase history and subscriptions. Even Apple Support confirmed they can’t see anything on their end.

That’s because this company doesn’t use the App Store at all — they use Apple Pay as a direct website payment processor. It lets them disguise recurring charges as one-time authorizations, bypassing Apple’s system so customers can’t view, cancel or report them. It’s an intentional loophole being exploited to steal from thousands of people.

Their Terms & Conditions literally admit this:

“If Client have purchased the subscription on the Company’s website, Client will not be able to control it through the Apple App Store or Google Play.”

Although I NEVER visited this website or downloaded the app!

Additionally, I searched through every inbox and I NEVER received a sign-up, subscription, confirmation email from this company, as well as no renewal emails in spite of having the relevant feature activated in my Apple subscriptions and payments settings (Receive a confirmation email upon renewals).

My bank is stating that this needs to be resolved through Apple Pay while Apple Support can't do anything because these payments don't show up ANYWHERE in the system.

What I’m doing now, and I recommend everyone else who got scammed to do the same:

1. Check your bank payments history for this company to see if any more charges have been made without your knowledge and consent

2. Report the case to your local and any international fraud associations, e.g.

• Your national fraud authority (e.g. Action Fraud UK, Polizia Postale in Italy, reportfraud.ftc.gov in the US, etc.)
• Apple Pay Fraud Support if you paid with Apple; Visa, Mastercard, PayPal etc.
• Since they're based in Lithuania, report to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in your country and in Lithuania

Of course, you should also contact your bank and try to get a refund as well as immediately freeze your card.

Share your experience online (Trustpilot, Reddit, Apple forums) so we can build visibility and stop this company from continuing to run this large-scale scam

PerfectBody.me is running a coordinated, recurring scam targeting unknowing users across Europe. They hide behind legitimate payment platforms to avoid detection.

Please report them to get your money back and help prevent others from losing money.

Scam - do not trust with your bank details.

If I could give less than 1 I would.
3 month free trial and then they take full subscription without any notice and will now not refund the full amount.
I can not afford this and should never have trusted with my bank details.
I am cross with myself but upset that this company is not honest and upfront and ask if you want to renew. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not trust PB

Like many who have reviewed this scam I was given their stock answer. They are very sorry but they can’t trace my account. This is untrue as they are still sending notifications to me. I emailed them after seeing this answer and I had no reply then I had a reminder from Trustpilot because I hadn’t replied to PB I have twice. The interesting thing about this company is that they don’t give any reference or account numbers so there is little to quote I gave email address postcode and mobile number I heard nothing. Please don’t be taken in by these people it is a complete and utter scam.
