To start with the meal plans did not match my dietary requirements, and when contacted it was changed but still listed food I was unable to eat.
I did not lose any weight.
No subscription renewal notice was given and money was taken out of my account. Whilst I read the T&Cs this is the only app I have that does not send a reminder on renewal.
Its very disappointing and I would not recommend this app. It has high promises which it does not keep and dissmisses dietary requirements.

I wanted to give them 0 star actually but there is no option for it. They are total scam. They showed something and they charge you a lot higher. I have not ordered any plan but they charged me 68$. Even last month they charged me 40$. Don’t even put your information in this website. I never gave them my card no. The website picked up my card info from Apple Pay. Be careful from this kind of scammer.

Everything was easily explained and easy to read. I am doing Senior Chair Yoga and now I will follow this plan to help me lose weight. Being a Senior Citizen approaching 90, I am careful with exercises. This weight plan will do the rest for me.

Warning! Read the fine print carefully before taking trial. I did not. I did the 7 day trial and never got the app to work, (My problem and poor tech skills). But it did not automatically cancel at the end of the trial and I got charged for next month. When I did an inquiry they were good and I believe it is now cancelled but I have lost money that as a pensioner I couldn't afford. It didn't appear in subscriptions on my phone and I didn't keep details to know how to contact them.

MISLEADING - NO REFUNDS
This is very deceptive as it was NOT clear that they do not offer a full refund if you cancel the subscription. I signed up and realized that it was not what I had expected and cancelled within 15-30 minutes. I was told that they do not offer refunds unless there was a problem with the app. I am very disappointed as this feels like a scam and a money grab.
