Oven only required cleaning I wish more time had been spent on that

James turned up on time, very friendly and professional. Cleaned up after the job was finished. The oven, hob and extractor look brand new, Defiantly would recommend and use again.

This is a company that you should steer clear of. They don't clean properly, they don't check the cleaning has been done, they don't ask for feedback from the customer and they don't refund your money when they say they will. Over three weeks now and we still haven't got our refund. DO NOT USE THEM

My gutter clearing was booked and performed very quickly. Hopefully it will stop the overflowing in the next heavy rain.

I had a wonderful experience from booking the appointment which was easy and straight forward with a very helpful lady, I was kept updated on my booking, time of arrival etc and on the day, they arrived promptly were extremely friendly and did a fabulous job. I will certainly use them again.

I would give perfect cleaning no stars if that was an option. Most of the house not cleaned at all and so many surfaces left worse than before - sticky and very difficult to clean. You can’t walk on the floor because it’s coated in something strange. Other floors they didn’t clean at all. I was told they couldn’t guarantee what would be cleaned in 4 hours after I asked why even the toilets hadn’t been cleaned. They haven’t cleaned whole rooms. Please avoid this company. The stress it has caused us on top of having to get it re cleaned has been awful. Staff on the phone defensive and rude. So far we have given nothing back after paying so much money.

All 4 gutters cleaned very well, money well spent

We had had tape on the carpet re; social distancing which had left glue behind. Not a mark was left after the clean. Lovely young man came, very quick, very polite and did the job really well.

Excellent service on both carpet cleaning and geuttering. Operatives were very friendly, showed work completed and explained what they had done. Reliable and very good price. Booking was easy and the telephone customer services staff were really lovely, you could tell they liked their jobs, loved talking to customers.

Pre paying for a service you may not receive I feel is very odd. It appears I was right to be concerned. I didn't belive he had cleared the rear gutters, I have cctv at the front and rear of my property and can state that at no time were the rear gutters cleared.

When calling they simply stated that the contractor told them they had been done and that was that!

The perfect cleaning team that came to clean our furniture today were fantastic. Prompt, good comms about arrival time and incredibly helpful and thoughtful of our home too. James who cleaned was fantastic and the furniture has come up brilliantly. So friendly too. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely appalling service. Booked for 4-5pm then a day later got a message to say arriving at 12:30. Phoned to say couldn’t do this time so rearranged again for 4-5pm. Phoned 30 mins before arranged time to say can’t be there. Rearranged next day for 3:30 got a call from them an hour later to cancel again. Due to staff shortage. This is just not acceptable from a company!!

The worst clean ever. He told me he wasn’t allowed to move anything to clean!!! Dog hairs still over carpets and settee. Dirt in every corner. Dust everywhere even after “7” hours of so called work. I told him to leave eventually and will refuse to pay the balance. Do not use this company!

Very disappointed by this company. Gave instructions to clean 2 cubicles and cleaned 1 large room. Then refused to go back and clean the rooms we instructed them to clean. 'Perfect' cleaning company...ironic!

Thankfully I saw the reviews on here and didn’t book them, but having already submitted an online enquiry form, I’m now being hounded by them on a daily basis.

Have repeatedly told them that I used another company and no longer want to hear from them, but they keep calling!

They call from a variety of landline and mobile numbers, which I keep blocking.

Do Not Use this Company
Did a terrible job wanted end of tenancy clean did less than half a day, no carpets cleaned, cooker not cleaned etc etc. Very quick to call for payment. A very unsatisfied customer. Complaints Manager never calls back. Avoid this company.
