Find Another Trainer

Learned a few good initial tips, but didn’t enjoy being shamed and condescended to. We had good successes with our pup, but because they weren’t exactly how Sandra would suggest she was very rude and would scold us. Totally inflexible to different owners’ and puppies’ situations. She wasn’t just like that with us but others in the class as well - several other owners ignored her and just used the time for puppy socialisation. We found another provider and are much happier with both the approach and results.
