Issue with machine after a couple of years.
Perfect draft have been nothing less than very understanding and professional in the way they have dealt with my issue.
New machine issued and communication throughout has been very reassuring.

Always great offers in, simply web site and good delivery service. Really like building up my merchandise collection with the keg offers.

Had a machine since Christmas. All orders delivered next day. The empties I take to a local shop for returning to PD. The credit appears in my account within a day. I’ve had one wrong order. Emailed PD who asked a couple of questions and promptly sent the correct cask telling me to keep the “wrong” one 😁. My machine can be a tad noisy (loud buzz) but it’s in the garage so not a problem.
Beer in tins and bottles are okay but it’s really nice to have pub quality beer at home. Cheers!

Had my PD Pro for over a year now. Impressed with the range of kegs available & so far no issues with delivery or returns to a local store. The machine itself feels premium & love how it links to an app where I can view the temperature & how much is left in the keg.

Tend to buy kegs via the pack offers via the app & it’s good there is always some sort of offer every week.

So I had an issue with a keg having sediment in it. Perfect draft replaced it without hesitation. (I took photos as evidence in order to add validity to my claim). They were just brilliant. Top Top Top levels of customer service. 🙏👌💯

Very hit and miss in terms of the pouring. Followed instructions to the letter, watch official video numerous times. Lots of wasted beer making the cost very expensive.

Very fast delivery, very impressed with the machine, beer kegs are good quality if you close your eyes you would think you are at the pub 👍

I’ve ordered multiple times from PerfectDraft and overall my experience has been quite positive. I’ve had a couple of kegs that I didn’t order however the team have been quite quick to remedy it with little fuss.

I know some people comment about collection of empty kegs, however I’ve never had any challenges and they’ve always been collected on time and I’ve had my credits applied to my account.

It’s great, only problem is that we are monthly paid, therefore cannot buy beer on a weekly basis. Any offers first week of the month is great, aim for that, you will find most of us are onboard 😎

Great beer at a decent price with fast deliveries

I am quite new to the Perfect Draft world and so far everything has been top notch.

Order arrived on time and as I had booked a return slot for my empty kegs on the same day they were collected at the same time.

We love our perfect draft, the ability to pour our own good quality beer at home is a fantastic idea. The beer choice and offers are excellent

Easy to order good specials and always up dating the kegs . The delivery as normal on time and no issues.

Easy to place orders, uses my tokens and delivery in 2 days. Perfect for a weekend party.

Need to be able to buy a small bottled sample to try before ordering a full keg
