I bought a collar that was too large and had to return it. Whilst the website states you should ring the company and they will provide a returns label this is not the case. Tracked postage cost me over £6 which was a third of the cost of the collar. Whilst I have no other complaints about the service, their returns policy is a dealbreaker.

We've been shopping with Perfectly Pawsome for almost a year. The shop is full to the brim with everything you could want for feeding, playing and training your dog (and cat!). Sian and Jamie are super helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Sian always has a treat for your four-legged companion too!

Perfectly Pawsome was recommended to me by my puppy class trainer. So I paid a visit to their store. A lovely bright shop full of lovely natural dog foods and treats. Staff are knowledgable and really helpful. I took advantage of delivery to my home with my last order and couldn’t be more pleased. Most definitely would recommend a visit. 🐾

Brilliant selections of food. Local delivery service is very quick. Knowledgeable about pet diets. My dad’s GSD cross was aging quite quickly on ordinary shop brought brands but Sian recommended certain foods and showed us the nutritional values. Since then my dad’s dog has had a new lease of life. Sian has also supported me with my own dog who wasn’t getting on well with certain raw foods. We tried different brands before going on to high quality dried foods and he now has eats really well.

Oh and the selection of treats and toys is amazing!

Perfectly Pawsome are a fantastic company that has been able to support me in getting my dog fed, with great prices, knowledge and products. Use them for all the food and treats and even bedding and toys. Friendly and great delivery service (use local) when i can't get to the shop. Sian and Jamie and staff do a great job, Highly recommend.
