Took a little longer to ship than I would have liked. Ordered the China Rain, roller ball and a few samples. China Rain smells great. Just as I remember it from my twenty when I used to wear it. Definitely disappointed in the size of the samples. There’s absolutely no way that should cost five dollars apiece for the size. They’re extremely small. I don’t advise ordering samples.

I purchased several fragrances from SP Perfectly Scentable based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews on their website. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.

The fragrances had extremely weak scent strength and very poor longevity. After application, the scent faded almost immediately and did not perform in a way that I would reasonably expect from a fragrance product, especially at this price point.

Because fragrance cannot be evaluated without opening and applying it, I contacted the company to request a return. I was told that returns are not accepted once products are opened and that my experience was “not the norm,” with the response relying heavily on their stated policy rather than addressing the performance issue itself.

This creates a situation where consumers cannot meaningfully evaluate the product without forfeiting any return rights. While the items were delivered as ordered, the performance did not meet reasonable expectations, and customer service was dismissive rather than solution-oriented.

I recommend that prospective buyers be aware of the strict no-return policy and understand that if the fragrance does not perform for you, there may be no recourse.

🚨 Warning about Perfectly Scentsable 🚨

I ordered their Gypsy Water dupe (#481), which they market as a perfect replica. It smelled nothing like it. When I contacted them, I found I was speaking with the owner, Lynn, who behaved like an awful child. She mocked me, typed “lol,” dismissed me, told me to “knock yourself out” if I wanted to dispute the charge, and even ended with “I could not care less.”

This is not just bad customer service—it’s abusive, insulting, and childish. This company does not respect its customers, and I will never buy from them again, nor should anyone else. Lynn should be ashamed of herself—how embarrassing for her.
