The 2 young lads arrived on time. Very courteous and careful with the furniture.
It was a long and heavy move but we couldnt fault them.

I would give 0 out 5 stars if i could as 1 star is not even deserved!
This company is AWFULL!
They damage your furniture, multiple items badly damaged
They STEAL your items, yes many boxes have gone missing and they illegally take all your items out of the vehicle they pack up at your property and unpack your items on THEIR premises, stealing what they like and pack your stuff into a different vehicle.
IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THE REMOVAL COMPANY TO UNPACK YOUR ITEMS OFF YOUR PROPERTY! but they do!
Carpets upstairs had mud from their shoes on it despite keep asking them to cover the carpets!!
They left their sweet wrappers and drink bottles in the garden
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! PLEASE AVOID
They owe a lot of money to us for all the stolen items
They do not answer their phone or ring back when you leave a message

Not a Perfect Move
The worst experience we have had moving home
Firstly, numerous items were damaged during the move, and not once did anyone mention or acknowledge the damages. I had to point out the damages myself. Even days later, I discovered an office chair missing a leg and a caster, with one completely smashed off. This significant damage was not mentioned, despite the obvious signs. Various pieces of furniture were damaged, and the movers assured us that insurance would cover it. However, we tried to contact them several times to resolve the issue and file an insurance claim, we received no response. We left multiple voicemails and emails, but there was complete silence So, Ben, don’t come back and say we should have called to discuss! No care for our belongings, totally unprofessional. Additionally, we are now realising that several items are missing. We were informed that due to the lack of a larger vehicle on the day, the movers had to make several trips back to the depot to unload and reload. This double handling caused significant damage and has led to the theft of several boxes while we were not present. I have since learned that this practice is illegal.
They offer to plumb in your washing machine, the water was connected, but the waste pipe was not properly fitted as the pipework didn't match. Instead of informing us, the movers left it poked into a hole, which could have caused a flood if I hadn't noticed. While the pipework mismatch was not their fault, it should have been communicated.
We are extremely disappointed with the lack of care for our belongings, the unprofessional behaviour, and the overall poor service we received. NOT RECOMMENDED

We agreed a price a couple of weeks ago, but we didn't have a moving date. As soon as contracts exchanged we tried to contact them but only got voicemail. Tried again the next working day, but did't tell us till mid afternoon that they couldn't do it.

From the quotation to end of services required we had an amazing experience, the surveyor who came round was very professional and certainly knew what he was doing and provided me with a sufficient quote, from then on communication with office staff was fabulous as a change of dates were required after booking, they reassured me and made me feel at ease. The removal team were great, nothing was too much trouble and they worked so hard all day, we didn’t get keys until 16:45, we were only a local removal but was a long day with the key wait, not one member of staff moaned about this and kept us positive throughout. I would 100% use Perfect Move again if needed but hopefully will not be moving for a few years yet. Excellent service all round from start to finish

If you need to transport something from one place to another or move house. I wholeheartedly recommend Trust Move. Garry is a fantastic man – very friendly and most importantly, extremely helpful. He helped us pack everything into the van and secured it perfectly so that nothing got broken or damaged during the trip. At the destination he also helped us carry everything into the house. I will definitely use Garry’s services again. I’m very glad that my friends recommended Trust Move to me and they were absolutely right about Garry’s professionalism. I sincerely recommend him to everyone. Thank you once again and see you next time!

Perfectly Perfect in Every Way (aka Mary Poppins!)

Used these to move from Lincolnshire to County Durham, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Damage to a painting, broken chest of drawers, broken plastic boxes, sofa cushion looked like it had been chucked around had grease on it, damage to bed frame, damage to bureau, hose pipe handle clips missing, shoe rack broken. They turned up in a van which wasn't big enough the people buying our house used them as well so they went off twice to them and in the end they had to move our buyers in with some of our furniture still there so they could use one of their vans. Then they decided to unload all my goods into an articulated lorry with obvious no care involved. Arrived the next day and the lorry got bogged on the on the verge and pushed the paving slabs up, informed our council so it is an insurance job. The men moving us were always on the phone caught one of them looking in some drawers. Driver told me he had informed Melissa about all the problems but when I rang and got Ben he said he didn't know anything and I should send pictures and they would come and see them. Do your self a favour and avoid these idiots like the plague. If you want a decent removal company don't look at this one

Damaged our furniture taking it in to new property but never owned up to it! They agreed to pay up if we got quotes for repair so we wasted time going round finding quotes and got the best one. They sent someone round to get the bed so they could take it to be repaired but didn't come with tools to take it apart even though they were told this and was agreed. Said would come back next day but never showed up. After querying they said not paying out as apparently due to not being able to take the furniture fully apart, it's our liability! Are they not a removal company and should be able to move anything and have the correct tools if offer the service?? Care should still be taken and if they think something can't be moved, then they should have a policy where something is done in writing. They also banged another peice of our furniture which we witnessed but luckily not much damage, just a tiny scratch. Would not use this company again and strongly advise others to take precaution.

Ben came round to give me a quote, he was lovely. I felt quote was reasonable. Did always get voicemail when I phoned them but someone always phoned back later that day. They got me booked in quickly and on the day of the move the two guys that came were really nice, chatty and got the job done very efficiently. They did have to do an errand in between pick up and drop off at new property, however they explained this and said how long it would take, and as they fitted me In at really short notice I did not have a problem with this. I had several heavy garden ornaments and they happily put them all where I wanted them in the garden. Would highly recommend them.

Not enough people to pack day before the move, promised more but never came.
Day of the move still had the garage to pack at 2pm so this had to be left till day 3. Boxes placed in wrong rooms and wardrobe placement of clothes a lot to be desired. Cliffes removals so much better

I would not recommend using this company, and thank goodness I won't have to deal with them again.
If you enjoy carcasim from the workers, that's great, but personally I would have preferred if they had kept their opinions to themselves, I wasn't paying them for their opinion!.
Too few people on the day, no tail lift for heavy items, disorganised, liked being on their phones and having a break.
Richard a new employee worked like a dog, was politeat all times.
Nick is carcastic and likes his phone.
Please don't make same mistake, Ben the owner is sweetness when he visits, but that is only to get your business. Hard to contact, goes to voicemail majority of the time. Avoid at ALL COSTS

Avoid at all costs. Hard to get hold of, phone always on answerphone. Expensive. They lose your property and then accuse you of not packing it in the 1st place. They were adamant they had lost nothing, then after we had to chase up again they managed to find some of our property but not all of it. No way we would recommend to anyone else.

We've used Perfect Move 5 times now in the last 10 years. Every time they have given us a top service from start to finish.

Didn’t use them but our vendors did. They are rude, unprofessional and lazy.

Superb service from start to finish. From making the initial enquiry to moving the furniture they could not have done a better job. I would recommend unreservedly- simply excellent in all respects

An absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! They took all the stress out of moving day and were an absolute pleasure to have around for 2 days. The team that moved us were polite, respectful of our belongings and very efficient. I would highly recommend.
