Perfect Patches makes wearable wellness patches for everyday routines. Each pouch holds 30 patches: one patch a day. Pop one onto a clean, hair-free area such as the inner arm, and swap it for a fresh one after 24 hours. Every patch is a natural formulation, not a medicine. There are three patches in the range: Bedtime Patches: an intentional evening wind-down with Magnesium Glycinate, L-Theanine, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Chamomile and a soft Lavender FCF essential-oil aroma. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Mood Patches: calm and balance for demanding days, with Magnesium Glycinate, KSM-66 Ashwagandha, Vitamin B6, L-Theanine, Lion's Mane, Holy Basil and a bright Bergamot FCF essential-oil aroma. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function. Feel Good Patches: a considered daily-wellness routine with Green Tea Extract, Berberine, Apple Cider Vinegar, Chromium Picolinate, Vitamin B12, Ginger Root Extract and a crisp Grapefruit FCF essential-oil aroma. Vitamin B12 contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Every patch is vegan, and every pouch is manufactured in the UK for Perfect Patches, a trading name of Aroma Energy Limited, in Watford. The pouch is HDPE 2 and can be recycled at store drop-off points. We offer free next day delivery across the UK, and any three packs are half price with our Buy 3 Get 50% Off offer. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Questions? Email hello@perfectpatches.co and we'll be happy to help.

I was really intrigued by the idea of these

I was really intrigued by the idea of vitamin patches and thought they were such a good alternative to taking tablets every day. Perfect for anyone who dislikes popping pills! They’re so easy to use, convenient and fit effortlessly into your daily routine. They even have a slight, pleasant aroma, which is a nice little bonus. I’ve only just started using them, so it’s too early to say whether I’ve noticed any benefits, but I’m looking forward to seeing how I get on. So far, I’m really liking the concept!

What caught my attention was the idea…

What caught my attention was the idea of using a patch instead of another tablet or drink before bed. It's a convenient concept that could fit nicely into an evening routine. Decided to order some and see how I get on. Looking forward to giving them a proper try.
