I have had my Pet Sitting business listed with Perfect Pets for 10 years now. I love their website, it is so easy to navigate and on the occasion I have required assistance with my listing they have been extremely helpful and responsive. I have listings on many other platforms however this is one of the few that sends regular updates on how my listing is doing and helpful reminders on how I can best utilise the platform to benefit my business. Keep up the good work guys!

I am a Registered Breeder with NSW CFA (NSW Cat Fanciers Association) and first commenced breeding in 1990. We breed mostly Siamese along with the occasional Oriental. My Cattery has been advertised on Perfect Pets since they first commenced and I find that I do receive enquiries from them.
I have never had any problems with either Perfect Pets or any of the customers that come via them. Perfect Pets customer service is impeccable, always friendly and helpful. As far as I'm aware, Perfect Pets is the only platform that does a thorough background check of the Breeders that advertise there and they also have a ‘Pet Scam Alert’ which would be very useful for anyone sourcing a new kitten or puppy as unfortunately there are ’scammers’ out there. There is also a lot of other useful information found there.

I have had my cattery listed on the Perfect Pets website since I started breeding (which I think is around the time they started up), so that is roughly 15 plus years. I find in these times of scammers and backyard breeders, that this is the safest place to list. Buyers can be certain that the breeders listed on this site are registered, and ethical.

I dont often have to list my kittens on the site, but when I do, I always get messages. I'm sure this is because of the safety of the listings. I also know the owners go above and beyond to determine if someone wanting to list on their site is genuine or a scammer. They also have a full list of scam websites that are targeting Australia.

The owners of this site are committed to helping breeders sell their kittens/puppies and for buyers to feel confident they are purchasing from a real breeder. If you want to buy from a trusted breeder or you are a breeder wanting to sell, then this site is the best there is.

I have been with Perfect Pets for many, many years and I have had regular leads contacting me the whole time, im very happy.

Perfect Pets do a fantastic job at checking that only the very best ethical breeders are on Perfect Pets.
They do regular checks through all the main Cat Associations to make sure breeders are currently registered, given potential adoptive owners peace of mind.

Perfect Pets go above and beyond for the safety of the public, they should be commended for their tireless effort to constantly stay on top of all the potential scammers and unscrupulous people who back yard breed and try to rip unsuspecting people off.

PerfectPets The Ethical Pet Directory

What a joke of a company. We listed with them years ago as they were begging for reputable breeders to list on their site. Didn't place much hope on the site as it probably has one of the worst interfaces I have ever seen online, difficult to navigate and probably why we rarely received genuine enquiries.

They call themselves the "Ethical Pet Directory", what a joke. They received an unsubstantiated complaint from a lady that received a healthy and well adjusted kitten, her complaint being that she did not receive a Pedigree and that the microchip wasn't transferred, the Kitten was registered and the Microchip done. This same lady also made defamatory claims that the Pet Transport company had done something wrong and that there were red flags with the transport of the Kitten

PerfectPets response was to accuse us of acting in a "fraudulent" and "illegal" manner, without even substantiating if these imaginary claims were true they deleted my account and blocked my email.

Well done Perfectpets, perhaps you should Google what the term ethical actually means, as your behaviour in this matter is certainly not ethical.
