We are profoundly disappointed by the candidate selection provided by Perfect Placement. Regrettably, the individual they recommended was facing legal issues meaning he didn't turn up to work and couldn't perform vital tasks, which not only tarnished our company's reputation but also significantly disrupted our operations. Despite these setbacks, we were appalled by the inadequate resolution offered, as it fell short of a full refund by considerable amount. We urge other businesses to exercise caution to avoid similar repercussions.
