Stop using GLS
They offer a great variety of plants but since they use GLS for shipping, I have not received most of the plants I ordered over the years. GLS notoriously fakes delivery attempts to save time. I have flagged this to Perfect Plant Deal but they keep using GLS. Luckily EU consumer law ensures I am always reimbursed when products are not delivered.

Beautiful Plants and Excellent Service Despite Delayed Delivery
Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the issue was resolved quickly. Great service, and the plants are beautiful—definitely worth the wait!

I bought four pillar fruit trees from…
I bought four pillar fruit trees from "Perfect Plants" unfortunately the cherry tree didn't survive transport. I contacted Perfect Plants and they sent me out a replacement. I am so very happy with my four beautiful fruit trees and I am very impressed with Perfect Plants customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

Fraud company delivering poor plants :: no refund
They offered a Eucalypt tree via Groupon. It took them 2 weeks to deliver a smaller plant than offered with foul roots which died off immediately. No refund or other solution after complaint (17 days after plant arrival giving it some time to recover) was offered. Never again. No trustworthy company. Fraud.

I ordered plants from them through living social deal
I ordered plants from them through a deal on living social. I wasn't expecting too much because of the deal I was getting. I was completely surprised with the fresh quality of plants and the care in parceling ( in seperate bags with custom containers) up so that there would be minimum damage during transit from Rotherham to Dublin. They where perfect.. thank you!! I have order twice and both perfect. I would definitely buy again!. Thank you

If you buy something from them and want to cancel the order, forget about it. They won't let you. There customer service is terrible. I never had so much trouble with cancelling a order before! I won't recommend this company!!!
