Again you write absolute bilge re this problem yes my dentist advised me re why she had left and she mentioned nothing about supposedly relocating outside London a fact you have persistently ignored. The issue is you lied by telling me she had left London at NO point did I ever ask your practice where she had gone to as I know it would have been a breach of data regulations etc. I said once by phone and once on visiting your practice " what has happened to my dentist " not " where is my dentist". Then you have the unmitigated gall to contact my dentist when I never gave my explicit consent this is a breach of privacy protocols because you wanted to find out what my dentist and I had discussed so you could cover your tracks. Another fact you choose to ignore re contacting my dentist without my consent. Now you are trying to cover yourselves by saying you are sorry you couldn't give me info as to where my dentist had located to even though I had NEVER requested that information. I most certainly am taking this further as far as I can and I would advise people not to attend your practice and find a decent practice that doesn't carry out subterfuge, blatantly ignores the truth and tries to detract with answers which do not relate to the complaint. This is so disgruntled patients will give up but not me they think they are dealing with an idiot but an idiot I certainly am not so I will pursue this to the highest level I can . Apparently this has come through on the Armenian website I don't know why but this doesn't relate to Perfect Smile Armenia but to Perfect Smile Hammersmith, hope this clarifies things.
