We recently completed our Umrah pilgrimage from the 9th to 18th April, traveling as a group of 19, and booked our trip through Cheapest Umrah Package with Jawad as our agent. He regularly checked in, especially on key days like transfers or hotel check-ins, and would proactively send confirmations and reminders without needing a nudge from us. That kind of initiative made us feel very reassured.

He was professional, efficient, honest, and always ahead of things. On top of all that, he managed to secure us a very competitive package given the current market, especially for the high-end services we received.

Alhumdullilah our Umrah pilgrimage was truly an amazing experience.
After many quotations from different travel agents, We decided to go with Cheapest Umrah Packages to create us a bespoke Umrah experience with the added bonus of having Mr Jawad appointed as our travel agent. He really is a remarkable person who catered for our every need from start to finish, it made the whole transition from UK to Saudi Arabia a smooth effortless journey, especially as our group was 19 people with young children.

He helped us with all our queries and was very kind and responded quickly to my messages despite being ill at times, I recommend both him and the packages they offer as they are very trusted and offer very reasonable prices.
