perfmatters Reviews

The Permatters plugin has greatly improved the performance of my website. It has removed all the unnecessary bloat and only the essential elements that are required above the fold are now loading. The support is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Brian was super helpful in helping me optimise my website by manually adjusting the settings for me - I cant fault them at all. The plugin really helps boost the perfomance of my site.

A cleanly designed plug-in with very good support. I've used WP Rocket in the past (and was happy with it). I'm glad Perfmatters was recommended as it's very rich with features and exclusions. Thanks, guys!

Perfmatters have helped our website perform better. It's a great tool that reduces bloat, removes unnecessary things, and keep things clean and organized. The team is so supportive - they go above and beyond to help us when we have questions. And the best part is, it's very affordable! Highly recommend it!

Super good and friendly customer service. Brett tryed his very best to get the best results. I really appreciate his patience and accuracy with the settings and replies were super quick. Five Stars for Perfmatters ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had some LCP issues on an Elementor website. After some tweaking and help from the Perfmatters team, I got amazing results; my site has never been faster. Page speed insights are over 90+ in score. Very happy with the plugin and can highly recommend it.

- Amazing support – One of the best experiences I’ve had! They don’t just fix issues but also give great advice.
- Lightweight & powerful – Simple to use, yet makes a huge difference in site optimization.
- More than just a plugin – Feels like they genuinely care about helping users improve.
- Long-term user – After this experience, I’m sticking with Perfmatters for the long run!

Highly recommend! 🚀

I’ve been using the Perfmatters plugin for a while now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with its quality and the incredible support team behind it. ( really the support is more than awesome ).

Great experience here. A product is only as good as its support, and Brett has been fantastic. Quick responses to my questions and an offer to dig into my site to find out what's happening. Can't fault it.

In my opinion Perfmatters is the best caching plugin. I think it's much better compared to LiteSpeed and many other plugins. Brian offers the best support. He helps beyond expectations. Try Perfmatters you will love it...

I can’t say enough good things about Perfmatters and their incredible support team, especially Brett! I was having trouble optimizing my website, and Brett went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he provide detailed and easy-to-follow instructions and fix the issues himself but he also responded super quickly, which is rare these days.

Perfmatters itself is a fantastic plugin, but the support is what truly sets it apart. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you’re on the fence about getting Perfmatters, don’t hesitate – the product is amazing, and the support team is even better.

Thanks again, Brett, for your outstanding help. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life! 😊

The Permatters plugin and moreover their team is undeniably world class. I have been a wordpress developer for five years and have used all of the standard performance plugins, such as WP Rocket, Flyingpress and others. From a plugin utility, ease-of-use, maintainability, and performance perspective, Perfmatters consistently comes out on top, year after year. But that is just a small part of their value proposition. They are unique in the wordpress ecosystem as they helped diagnose and resolve my website performance issues, using the custom features of their plugin to receive the highest Google's Core Web Vitals scores. No other plugin performance team, no matter how I asked was willing to spend any time to assist me. In contrast, the Perfmatters team cares about making websites successful, not just selling licenses. The hands-on, expert support enabled my small business to grow and thrive. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Brett was fantastic! He went way above & beyond to help out with an issue that I was having for weeks and explained the problems and potential fixes to me. It's refreshing to see a company who cares & provides such stellar service.

I have tested all the optimizations plugins, but none of them had all the options Perfmatters have. Plus I got help from the creators itself to optimize my website.

I've been working with WordPress for nearly 20 years and the Perfmatters support and service exceeds anything I have used in that period.

Can't recommend highly enough, superb plugin that does what it's supposed to do, backed by excellent support.

The Perfmatters Wordpress plugin is amazing and the customer service is phenomenal. Had an issue with a Gutenberg builder, messaged the support and within a day they figured out the issue, had a solution in place and then the next day they had a hotfix update that supported the plugin for delay js. Very impressive and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Needless to say, this plugin is installed on EVERY one of my websites and every site easily hits the high 90s in the page speed and core web vitals. I highly recommend this plugin and the developers behind it.

I can honestly say that this Wordpress plugin is the best i have found for site speed and performance. The staff are extremely helpful and helped me get my site speed up to close to perfection. The price is unbelievable value for money and i would recommend this to anyone who's serious about their site's performance and page load speed.

Although the plugin was not suited to my needs right now, Brian from Perfmatters went out of his way to provide me with great advice. Deserves 5 stars for that alone.

I came across Perfmatters somehow, and I was testing out all sorts of WordPress plugins to improve my mobile performance, which was only at 29.

I was even considering switching hosting providers at one point. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and desperate to fix the issue.

But Brian from Perfmatters was so patient and helpful, and he eventually solved the problem for me. I actually completely forgot about the plugin itself, but the support Brian provided was fantastic.

I must have exchanged around 36 emails with him, and it was all just really awesome. Thank you, Perfmatters, for being the best Web Performance Plugin for WordPress out there!

Many Thanks
Alvin Russell

Brian was fantastic! Extremely helpful, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about the subject matter. Will be using PerfMatters for as my first choice for website optimization going forward, for sure!
