perfmatters Reviews

I was introduced to this plugin by my Wordpress support guru. I'd been having a nightmare with NitroPack and he just scrapped that tool and put me onto Perfmatters. These guys have written an enormously powerful tool and back it up with good documentation and genuinely excellent technical support. They cut right to the core of the query with rapid and helpful responses. If only every vendor was this helpful and expert.

In terms of performance, using their simple to follow guide to set up the plugin and judicious use of caching, I now get an 'A' on GTmetrix for almost all of my pages.

Keep it up guys!

Apart from the brilliant functioning plugin that makes a site lighting fast, it is the boys' personal level of service and help. I could not hope for anything better. Keep it up, guys.

I have only been using it for a short time but with the help of the support team we are already seeing 90+ scores on google page speed insights with a large ecommerce store. We are excited to see how far we can take things. The support staff are really helpful and respond quickly. 5/5

I have just found perfmatters.io by chance. I tested it on one site and can't believe how easy to use. It fixes many issues I was struggling with. Now I am replacing it for wp-rocket and some other plugins I was using all my websites. Thanks so much to Brian for creating this amazing tool.

My experience with Brian from Perfmatters has been outstanding. I have developed a pretty articulated system with multiple plugins and integrations; UX is a priority for me because I have a customer-first policy. Speed matters.

I previously used Asset Clean Up PRO, but I was getting mediocre results. On top of that, I had a conflict with Flying Press due to a few wrong settings.

Brian kindly checked what was going. As a result, I now have better performance than a Custom made website! Fully loaded in less than a second!

Try to beat me if you can ;-)

Perfmatters made me retire caching plugins like LiteSpeed Cache and WP Rocket. This is the only tool I use for projects with 100% performance on Google PageSpeed. Not to mention that Brian's support is fantastic, he has even helped me with topics outside his scope. Give Perfmatters a try, you won't regret it.

A rare breed these guys are. The product is excellent but what’s remarkable is the level of support they’re able to give and their support documentation has improved so much that I don’t even need to ask for help with settings anymore. I’m getting green Lighthouse scores on sites that don’t even have a caching plugin installed. Well FN done guys.

After receiving my first reply from Brian at Perfmatters I knew I was in safe hands. He not only explained in simple English what Perfmatters could do for my site but also told me what the correct cache would be to use along side it based on my server and host. He spent a lot of time helping me to set things up for the first time properly and I now have every confidence that whenever I start a new project, I can set things up correctly. I often need help from various plug in companies and Perfmatters support has been a cut above the rest.

Perfmatters is an incredible plugin for WordPress. It took my website's mobile speed from 40 to 90 on Google's PageSpeed checker (& 95 for desktop). Not only that, but the support staff was extremely helpful in optimizing the settings for me and providing additional technical advice to further improve my website.

The plugin is easy to use and offers a variety of options for optimizing your site's performance. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. They helped me to understand how the plugin works, and gave me tips on how to optimize my site even more.

I highly recommend Perfmatters to anyone looking to improve the speed and performance of their WordPress site. It's a must-have plugin and the support you get is amazing. Don't waste any more time, give Perfmatters a try, you won't regret it!

It’s very rare to find a plugin that does great work and has great customer service. Perfmatters does exactly what does it says it does - boost your site’s performance. And if for any reason there is ever a challenge the support is there to help. The founders of this plugin stand behind their work and treat you as partners not clients.
Keep up the good work. L Look forward to seeing more from you uys

What a great product and the developer behind it is really committed to delivering excellence and you can tell whenever you reach out (even if the question is not directly related to the plugin). I got great results using it, really satisfied.

Beyond exceeded expectations for customer service--a lost art these days.

I was trying to speed up my site by implementing some things I'd read that would help--Cloudflare, WP Rocket, Perfmatters, Smush. I don't have a lot of experience, so it was all very overwhelming. Well, instead of speeding it up, I slowed it down---to a crawl.

I reached out to Perfmatters for recommendations on settings to make everything play nice together. Brian responded almost instantaneously, accessed my site, made some changes, and saved me a lot of stress. I'm not sure what kind of magic he worked, but it fixed things up nicely. Plus, he made some additional recommendations outside the scope of his business to help my site.

I'm less than a year into the world of developing a website, but I've quickly learned most support responses come at a snail's pace. Perfmatters was an absolute exception.

A great product packaged with stellar customer service? I'll take that any day of the week. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal plugin. Performance optimization was something I always struggled with, but with Perfmatters it was super easy (and super fast) to get to 98%+ on GTMetrix and Pagespeed. I was also able to learn a TON about performance optimization through their documentation. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a WordPress plugin to optimize your website for speed, PerfMatters is an excellent choice. It's incredibly easy to use and provides comprehensive options to improve site performance and reduce page loading times. Plus, Brett and Brian always seem to be available to assist with any setup or optimization questions.

With PerfMatters, you can easily optimize scripts and stylesheets, disable plugins per page or post, optimize fonts, and much more. All of these features work together to make your website faster while reducing unnecessary bloat in the code. This will not only benefit your visitors but also help your SEO rankings as well.

I'll keep this short. I was having trouble configuring Perfmatters for my website. Reached out to support on a Sunday evening, figuring I'd hear back on Monday or Tuesday. One of the owners (Brian) responded that same night, logged into my site, made the configurations, and suggested some workarounds based on our unique use case. He even made some additional suggestions that I hadn't asked for or considered. A+ product and A+ customer service!

What a fantastic product, so glad we have started to use this platform. And even better, the support from Brian. His help and assistance have been second to none; he is super quick to reply, dive in, and give a heap of advice. Great product, great service, don't hesitate to buy.

Perfmatters is an absolutely brilliant performance plugin. And their support is superb! You don't have to worry about selecting the right settings. Their support will assist you with optimising the plugin for your site. My Google Pageinsights performance ranking went from 70 to 99. My site used to be at the top of Google search results and in June it dropped severely due to Google's algorithm update. Within two days my site is ranked in first position on Google. And it's so fast now. It's amazing!!! I can't recommend this plugin and their support highly enough. It's worth far more than the price they're charging. It's an investment in your site that you can feel good about.

This tool is really like a secret weapon.
As it can really help you reach higher speed you coudnt dream of.

If you encounter any difficulty or issues, you will be experiencing one of the best support you can get out there, it's probably top 3 out of hundreds WordPress based compagny i had to deal with as an agency owner.

I'll update this review if i found anything to complain with, but so far i have 0 complains.

I tried several performance plugins for WordPress and finally found perfmatters, which really made a difference. However, most of the performance gains happened after Brian suggested a few distinctive ideas. These suggestions happened through some email support questions, which Brian answered in detail. It's very rare these days to get this kind of outstanding service.

The author of this plugin went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a performance issue. He's very knowledgable in this area and it shows. He quickly found the issue and advised me on steps to get it rectified. This was hands down the best support I've ever received from a plugin author.
