Complete trash. Actually made my mpg worse and didn’t reply to my email demanding a refund.

Just received, easy ordering process, product delivered quickly, very easy installation, noticed much more pep in my Traverse.

Scum. They sent the part to NEW YORK when I have never lived there. I tried to ask how they got that address, correct the shipping, and they didn't respond for 2 days. Then, would not change nor cancel the shipment. Claimed that is a USPS problem and file with them.
Scandalous crooks. Who really got that part?

The chip don’t even power up I should’ve read the reviews before I bought it because this is the biggest crock of crap. they claim to have great customer service and their phone number doesn’t even work they will not reply. Reply to your message or your email. It is the biggest scam.

I have 2018 LINCOLN MKZ and have bought this product month ago. As per manual you should see some results after about 150 miles drive when chip will get enough data from computer about your driving style. I did more than 1000 miles already and nor MPG or HP got better. I have contacted customer support and they claim that it will work but it is no option to check that.
Now I want to return it and get my money back. This product does absolutely nothing. SCAM!!! by big S !!!

I never received my package, nor any kind of email. This company, or whatever they call themselves is a scam. They also have a bogus phone number. So, be careful dealing with performance chip usa.

Installed one of these on my 2008 tacoma. Wow! What a difference this chip makes! I can now pop wheelies at will with my truck. My gas mileage more than doubled to 55 mpg. This chip has paid for itself in less than a week! I highly recommend this product.

Product received but does NOT work. Company appears to have a bogus phone number and you cannot leave a message. Tried their website automated "Support Ticket", but no reply. Let's see if they honor their 100% Money Back Guarantee. Listed "World-Class Customer Support--Let us prove it to you" is completely fraudulent statement. In my opinion, they paid others to provide the few positive reviews. Scam!

I ordered a part (chip) on the 5th. They debited my account on the 6th.

Website was easy. I didn’t have to look far to find all the specs and info on the product. Although I would place that info much closer towards the image and price of the product. But I notice that on most websites. You kind of have to scroll and scroll to find the description and specs. One other issue. I was trying to setup payments and not pay all at once but I couldn’t figure it out. If people want this option I would make it much easier to choose or find.

Does little to nothing after installation. After reading car forums peeps say do not put it on your car.

Update—- they came through as they promised! We received our 2nd chip! We ordered two chips only received one the second one was supposed to be expedited still has not got here still have not seen any tracking information on it either so I paid for two chips and only got one

I was grateful for their selection of Performance parts and the prices were decent. My only negative comment would be, I paid for 2-3 day shipping and It took 5 days so I was disappointed with the time it took to receive the part (COVID-19 and shipping might of been the reason). Overall I am satisfied with my order and would recommend them to a friend.

Idk why I bought this knowing damn well this is a scam! But I learned my lesson 58.96$ later!

Great service. The Vortec chip that I ordered was delivered before the projected date. I had a question about the installation after operating hour so I had to email, to my surprise I , One of the tech’s had emailed me back with the answer within minutes. I was impressed. I would recommend this company to anyone. Also, the Vortec chip performs well.
