I ordered a product from Performance Vélo on April 25, 2025 (Order EFEMOIBDP) and paid €53.09. I was later informed the item was unavailable, and despite multiple messages and calls, I have never received the product nor a refund.

It has now been over a month, and they are completely unresponsive. No customer service, no follow-up, and zero accountability. I’ve also found many similar complaints online — this seems to be a pattern, not a one-time mistake.

This is unacceptable and potentially fraudulent behavior. I have begun formal steps with my bank and consumer protection authorities.

Avoid this company at all costs. You risk losing your money with no recourse.

PARFAIT!!!

I ordered a bike in May and was told it would take 48-72 hours for delivery.
I then went dent to follow up emails after my order confirmation came through to verify whether tracking was possible as I live in the UK. No response. So I went to the website and used the contact page to send a message on the site using my order reference number. No response. I then opened up a dispute resolution centre with PayPal.
No response!
I've received shockingly bad customer service.
Thi kind of behaviour would have put a UK business out of business.
