Sent me wrong tracking #, didn’t receive my perfume! Didn’t reply to my email

My man had not been able to find the Dark Obsession do he was thrilled to get it Christmas morning 😄

That is my favorite colonge that will last me approx 2 yrs. I don't get dress up like I use to.

Quick no fuss and I got exactly what I wanted which is not always the way it works great I will order again from this company

It took almost two weeks to clear Customs. But the item was shipped immediately, and when it finally arrived, it was well packaged. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift, and then four days later (!) I received an email saying my order was cancelled as the item was out of stock. Other people below have had the same issue, so don't bother wasting your time trying to order something from here. There are so many better places to buy fragrances online with items that are actually in stock.

…received 100ml Polo Big Pony #1 imstead of the 125ml I ordered…have sent two emails but have gotten no response !

Cancelled my order a couple days after it was placed! Don't put up items for sale that you do not have in your warehouse. 1st and the last time I will ever shop here.

Fast shipping. Easy transaction. Had what I wanted to impress

I ordered a product but never received an order confirmation (although I did receive the PayPal payment confirmation). After trying to email the company twice for confirmation (without reply). I now only receive an instant reply stating that the mailbox (info(at)perfumeelegance.ca - altered for posting rules) is full and the mail is undeliverable. Still have not received my ordered product.

I made the order over a week ago and it’s still says processing…

The owner is not up-to date with the products that they carry on their own website. Thank God I used paypal to make my purchase even though they don’t even carry the product they have it on their website just to cheat. They won’t reply to your emails regarding any enquires. Don’t shop here save your $$$ find legit online discounters.

No confirmation email, no tracking, nothing arrived

What you describe on your website as the vendor, was reflected consistenly

in every stage of managing the shipping and delivery of the order. In other

words, I was both impressed and delighted by the very fine manner in which 

you conducted the entire transaction... Just excellent !!! I shall be telling my

family and friends that you are A+ in regard to honestly fullfilling all  that you 

promise.
