I ordered my item on Friday 14th August with 48 hour delivery but didn't receive it until Saturday 22nd. The item itself was exactly what I wanted so was happy with the product but not the delivery

Empty bottle…
The package arrived promptly and sealed, but when I took the wrapping off it there was a very strong smell of perfume. Upon opening the box the bottle was empty with crystallization around the lid, it had obviously been leaking for some time as the box was dry.
Contact form unable to attach pictures and response asked for 8 pictures uploading, having had to send 3 emails responses to do this I await a response and rectification

Delivery was supposed to be between…
Delivery was supposed to be between 10.25 and 2.25 but it still hasn't arrived and it's 3.40pm. I wanted to go out this afternoon, but as you require a signature I've had to stay in I know the delivery time is an estimate, but it's now 1hr 15mins after the latest time (and my parcel still isn't here).
The products arrived the day after and luckily we were in. I'm happy with the items so I've changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I can't blame Perfume Warehouse for poor service from Royal Mail, but perhaps they could consider using a different delivery service.
