I canceled my subscription twice and they STILL charged me the next month nearly $100.
Their perfume also smells like sh**
Empty or near empty bottles was my issue with this company. I bought a set of perfumes from them that were sets of perfumes and advertise as a special even tho cost up to $100 for the sets. Delivery was efficient. packaging was good. I opened one of the sets of perfumes of which one bottle was near empty. I was lucky to have possibly one ml poss two ml’s max if i was lucky of perfume in it. I sent a followup email. Advised them it was near empty possibly evaporated or not filled properly. Requested replacement or refund with photo. Got a response and replacement. Once received replacement was an empty bottle. Sent another email and another photo to advise them of lack of perfume. No response to that email. I had requested a refund for this particular perfume that was not received. Got no response. Not very happy at all. It was expensive lesson.
