This is such an amazing must-have tool for your pelvic health. I’m in my early 50’s and don’t have major issues just yet, but decided to be proactive. It took me a min to learn how to play the game in the beginning because my strength was very low to my surprise, but the games are fun and it will help you to be consistent. I’m using it 3 times a week and it is only 3rd week, but my husband noticed the difference and our sex life is getting better (he doesn’t know I bought this tool) I’m going to continue it for life. My Perifit was delivered in a discrete package; it was well packed, and easy to set up with the app. I have been attending a Women's Physiotherapist for my urgency issues, and I mentioned I'd seen this device. She wholeheartedly supported my purchasing this and said they are effective. I am enjoying the games and can see I am getting stronger. I'm going to chat to my daughters about it to see if they might need one.

I don't even know where to start, this much I am amazed and awed and impressed by this product. It is truly a work of genius - to wrap mundane and somewhat tedious exercises in an exciting cover that makes you addicted (well, in the same way you easily get addicted to mini-games). And let me tell you, the quality of games is impressive! The colours, the sounds, the gameplay is better than in many standard hand-controlled games. I am your biggest fan. I tried to start exercising on a regular basis, but is is difficult to do it regularly, because it requires discipline, the same as with all sports activities. With Perifit I do not need to search for my strength of will, I am so eager to play these lovely games. Guys, you are amazing. I love you. This is truly the best purchase of my whole life.

The probe works fine and is top useful.
I left the probe unused for months and it didn't work anymore. They tried to help me out and once they understood the problem wasn't that easy to solve, they sent me a new one (even if warranty expired!

Ordered Perifit care+. Having tried and failed using online help for urine leakage. A month into using this product I am loving every minute of it. It doesn't feel like a chore at all. The app on the phone is great and the games are fabulous.

I placed an order for a pump on the 25th. I needed the pump urgently due to issues with my baby’s feeding and this company offered fast delivery. The order confirmation said delivery would take place within 1-3 working days.

I followed up with them after a week of hearing nothing and its bot said delivery to the UK was 5-7 working days so it was still within their timeframe.

I followed up again yesterday through their chat and requested support from a human since it’s now missed that timeline as well. Their system says their typical reply time is under 4h. I followed up once again this afternoon since it had been a day and a half and nobody had picked up my query. Their chat is now updated to reflect the team will be back online on Monday.

EVRI doesn’t have the parcel either and the service from Perifit has been extremely disappointing.

Excellent product that actually works and fantastic customer service.

Great product, fun and helpful. And an amazing customer care. I experienced a problem with the probe after a software update and they send me a new one just like that! Many companies can learn from this customer approach.

Perifit is such a compassionate company. I bought the Perifit Care to benefit from strengthening my pelvic floor, unfortunately I was unable to continue using it due to my prolapse. I reached out to Perifit to start the return process and was so surprised by how quickly and kindly it was processed. This is a wonderful product and simple to use. It just didn’t work out for me.

I wanted to improve my pelvic floor health after pregnancy and this nifty gadget made a world of difference. Before using this, I was never really sure I was doing kegels correctly and to be honest, couldn’t really be bothered with them. The gamification of the exercises is a great motivator, and the biofeedback ensures you are contracting the right muscles. I don’t think I would have achieved the results I have without Perifit. On top of that, the customer service is excellent - I e had several interactions, and each time, I’ve been impressed with my experience. Would highly recommend!
