Very good communication
I found Perinta to give good advice and offer up feasible solutions. They kept in contact and I can send an email to my account manager any time and she gets back quickly. They have sorted my finances and I am in a much better position.

a good experience all round

Mickey Mouse Operation
Just a couple of recent experiences with Perinta which has led me to rate this.
I was drawn into an early exit loan from an IVA which I fully accept is my own fault and they seemed to be a breath of fresh air. Should have known that there was going to be issues when my first payment failed as they take a card transaction and not a direct debit/standing order. The second monthly payment also failed, this time due to a technical error their end.
Things seemed smooth for a while and then I received an email introducing my case manager who will help me through the early-exit loan procedure. Funnily enough I didn't get a response when I told them that I was already a customer and making repayments...
Brings me to the straw that broke the camels back.... I received a notification via text message that my monthly payment had been received. Not once, or twice but eight, yes eight times. This led me to enquire about a settlement figure which changed 3 times in a week and a half.
I am grateful that I was able to exit the financial constraints of my IVA and start rebuilding my financial status but this company really don't fill me with confidence!!
