Ordered and purchased a number of items so far - most recently some beautiful patterned tiles for my bathroom (I saw them on display in the showroom!). Ben has been really helpful with suggestions and gone above and beyond with delivery.

Looking forward to more items as I continue my house renovation!

It took over three weeks for our complete order to arrive. Three different parcels all from different suppliers. I had to chase the order constantly and never actually got a straight answer as to when items would be dispatched. Two stars is generous but at least they answered the phone (mostly) and I did finally get my order but the hassle was not worth it. Would not recommend

Appalling service. I emailed 3 times for a quote for etched panels and didn’t get any reply. I called too and they said they would call me back. Guess what I didn’t. Very disappointed.

Shocking service. Ordered and paid for a paint sample pot a month ago, still not arrived. Emailed to asked for a refund, heard nothing back, called numerous times, call went unanswered. Finally called and managed to speak to someone who apologised and said they would process a refund. That was a week ago now and no refund has materialised. Avoid this company.

Item ordered on 20/07/19 on a 3 - 6 working day delivery it's now 20 working days and numerous phone calls - still no item delivered. So far abysmal service.

Handle didn't turn, no answer tried calling for three days with no answer. Sent email, was told it should have arrived, another one got despatched was received - whole operation took nearly two weeks.

We couldn't be happier with our fire places & doors. From start to finish we've received fantastic service & support. We've also ended up with some wonderful period features in our house. We are hugely grateful to Ben, Danny & Lynne - & indeed Mark the terrific door fitter!

A lovely family business who offered me a lot of really great advice on how best to decorate my new home. Their shop is filled with a so many stunning products, I am sure to return again soon!
