Perkbox is brilliant!
Since I discovered Perkbox in June 2024 I have saved almost £300, and believe could have saved more had I realised how extensive it was.
I recently needed to contact customer support, and can't fault them. It turned out to be a third-party problem, all fixed now, and they kept me informed with regards to progress.

Trouble opening vouchers
I was having trouble opening my voucher, as the company who generates them (Runa) was having some technical difficulties, and Perkbox (Helena was my contact) kept me informed and communicated very effectively during this period. The problem was resolved and I haven't experienced any further issues.

Swift Resolution to Double-Charge
I encountered an issue over the weekend whereby I requested a voucher which was met with a payment declined message. I therefore resubmitted the request and this went through successfully the second time.
However upon checking my bank account I saw I had been charged for both requests.
I emailed Perkbox on Tuesday morning and Helena responded within a 2 hours to resolve the issue and issue the refund which was processed within a further 2 days.
These things happen, but they aren't always resolved with minimal fuss and speed, therefore big shout out to Helena for her help in this matter.

Great service provider. Saved a packet on my holiday using their vouchers to pay my balance.
Also save so much with supermarket evouchers. All becomes quite addictive when out shopping buying discounted evouchers to save. So quick and simple on the app.
Had a recent issue due to size of purchase and security protocols impacting completion. Raised a query and they responded, over a weekend. Quickly and swiftly resolved my issue and able to complete purchase in timescales I needed.
