Always look forward to the coffee arriving and then the warming smell when opening. For me the perfect drink sitting on the beach in Southbourne any sunny day. Winter, spring, summer or autumn. Perfect on Boxing Day after a shocking dip in the sea.

Inconsistent beans in each bag
I started with a Four Week Variety subscription about 2 months ago and have used them daily since. I've just stopped my subscription though because I'm finding that the beans have no consistent roast, even in the same bag.
What this has resulted in for me is that I can grind and pull a shot one time, and it will barely flow. I can do it another time (with the same grind setting and setup) and it will flow too much. I've consistently wasted about 1/3 of each bag pouring over/under extracted shots down the drain.
The shots that are 'normal' have been great coffee, but I just can't get over the wastage.
I'm going back to Pact where I had no problem with their consistency or quality.
For reference, I have a Sage Bambino with a Sage Dose Control grinder. I always pull an empty shot below, etc.

Oh No, I've got Ground Espresso when I wanted Beans!!
I made a 12 month order on-line. I thought I asked for coffee beans and when my first order arrived I was depressed as got espresso ground coffee which was no good for my pour-over use. I contacted PB who immediately dispatched a bag of beans which I can grind myself and I am happy. I don't know if I made an ordering mistake or PB made a dispatch mistake but it doesn't matter as they made things right.
