I never received my order. The tracking shows the package was returned to the sender because it did not meet overseas customs requirements and never even left Australia. The company advertises U.S. locations, but my order was shipped internationally and failed before delivery. I reached out multiple times by email and text and received no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I never received my products or my money back.
I also do not get any answers to my emails!!!

Didn’t work for me this second time I ordered. Took a really long time to get here, didn’t get what I ordered originally. Disappointed.

Love you guys....great product that works. Only issue I had was delays....major delays with fulfillment. I have the feeling that might have been out of your hands tho and not based entirely on your control. That's my only issue...and yea it was kind of a big deal but super hopeful for future

Does not work. Used 3 times a day for a month and no change. This is after waiting for almost a month to get it. Total waste of money and time. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

I ordered a product on 2/15/24 and still haven’t received it over a month later. When I went to the website to see who o could contact about it, the website is shutdown!

I don’t feel like it did anything I used it as instructed with no result.

I ordered like 3months ago and still have not received my order!

The product IS good and works well but everything else is a shambles. Has taken me almost 8 months to get my product, total lies about when it will be delivered etc.

I never received my product or my money back, ask for a refund and they said they couldn't refund to my card since they haven't issues then ask for my bank information which I ain't going to give a way since they are to inconsistent. They keep putting their website and ig down if you read their comments everyone is having the same issue. Beware

I purchased $149 worth of products from permatan. I waited weeks. Nothing. Emailed them. And they said they would send in stock items. It’s been months. Nothing. They use the same excuse to everyone. It’s an on going issue. I have asked for a refund numerous times. And when I do. They stop responding. Worst company - still months later no refund. And no product.
