Pernaton cooling gel is my go to for joint and muscle ache it gives me relief within mnutes. Better than Voltarol. It also eases headaches and the itching of mosquito bites as an extra bonus.

Amazing Results after a weeks use.…
2018 I had a total knee replacement on my left knee but unfortunately I now suffer with pain to my right knee, having tried other gels and creams such as Voltarol and Ibuprofen which hasn't really helped I found Pernaton in Boots and after using it for about a week I can say with honesty that my knee pain and stiffness has virtually gone.
I can recommend this product 100%.
